Optimize your workflow with Shift
I have been using Shift since it launched and have used it daily. It’s by far my most used app as all my main tools I use ever day are integrated.
- I use Shift every day as it helps organize all my tools and keeps everything in one place - so a lot less app switching
- Overall it keeps me focused and efficient
- In some rare cases, integrated apps that are web based are missing some behaviours that the native apps have
- Overall though these tend to be minor and rarely occur

Combine all your mail clients/accounts/tabs into one app
I love Shift and will probably never use any other client!
- I've been a Shift user since 2018, when I made the jump from Outlook, macOS Mail and Thunderbird for several different accounts
- Shift is awesome at consolidating all these accounts, creating unified calendars, integrating with other apps and making switching between accounts a breeze
- It's very intuitive to implement
- I looked into replacing Shift at once stage, reviewing a number of different open source or cheaper alternatives, but none came close
- Support is always responsive and super helpful
- I use Shift on a daily basis
- I no longer need to maintain multiple email clients, browsers and other applications
- With Shift's integration it makes working a breeze
The cost has gone up over the past six years, but in return there is a lot of decent functionality that has been added in return

- I own a digital strategy agency, so i have to access multiple email accounts, multiple sessions across social media and tools, and Shift was the only software that has helped me achieve that goal without any complications (and i have tried a lot of software btw)
- This software is totally recommended
i cant find anything to dislike right now, i have been using it for years, this may be a wish rather than a dislike but if shift would have a mobile app that would be amazing

Shift is the best email client I've ever used.
Shift is the best email client I've ever used. It was easy to set up, with no loss of conversations from the email client I used before. It's safe, simple, it groups my incoming emails, from six different accounts, into groups that I can work with and focus on the task at hand without having to be distracted by emails outside of that area of focus.
- Shift seems to be the best stand-alone email client
- It can integrate multiple accounts, with incoming messages automatically grouped into as many as four categories
- Implementation was simple
- I just entered the account access information, and it imported everything
- I rely on it at work every day, to handle email quickly and efficiently and without losing track of any
- It just works
- I've never had to call customer support
- I've tried other email clients, but Shift is the most reliable and the only one that works for me
- Shift had trouble, at times, printing to my PDF editor (PDF-Exchange Editor Plus) but they seem to have fixed it in the latest update
- In fact it has now been several months since I had this issue and I use Shift throughout the day, every day

Shift has grouping according to filters I set that works great and Shift just works better, it doesn't crash like the other one did.

Shift Is The Best All In One Software Productivity Solution
With one click I can switch back and forth as needed and Shift remembers where I was when I switch between apps. Integration is easy, just log in once and Shift always remembers which account is which. So if I have two Google Drives for example (personal and work) my work one will always be logged into my work profile and personal always logged in on my personal. No need to be logging in and out constantly.
- the ability to have all my apps installed, logged in and open in one piece of software instead of having multiple apps open in the background slowing down my Mac
- I also liked you can have multiple accounts logged into the same app and split between work/personal workspaces
- So no need to be logging in and out of accounts all the time
- Not much in communication of what new apps/software have been added or a timeline of upcoming features
- Most software has a public roadmap these days

Shift is a Lifesaver if you have multiple emails and calendars
We have used Shift over 2 years, and honestly could not live without it at this point. My work as a contractor and white label, this software is essential to my productivity and staying on top of communications, calendar, etc.
- Ease of use
- Easily see multiple emails, unread email count, unified calendar, all without having multiple browsers open
- Plus, having access to various apps under the different logins on workspaces is a life save
- Really, I don' t have any cons
- Product is easy to use and intuitive and have no cons or suggestions for the softwar

The best tool to consolidate all the apps, emails and software you use.
Amazing, we use Shift daily for all our email accounts and also apps such as Whatapp, Assana, Agency Analytics and Trello. Makes everything super easy with its multiple workspace to keep things organized.
That I can manage all our business email account (8 accounts) from on place easily and open tabs that are connect to those gmail accounts for easier access when I need to sign in somewhere else
- Just maybe check on the WhatsApp integration
- It keeps signing me out sometimes after a while of not using it

My work life is so much more efficient with Shift!
It changed how I work. I was switching between tabs and losing track of email accounts but with Shift, it's all in one place. It's worth every dollar I spend on it!
