My overall experience with Smashinglogo has been amazing and I highly recommend it. Their responsiveness to emails and inquiries is top notch and usually after the initial purchase, it’s very difficult to get anything from most Companies but not with Smashinglogo.
- First and foremost the Company is extremely responsive to emails for help
- Every time I have sent them a email, I get a email back from [sensitive content hidden] within 12-24 hours every single time
- It’s amazing
- The different options for packages to select and the forever rebrand option is great because sometimes I just need to change up the look for small business from time to time
- I have been with Smashinglogo for a while and they definitely stand behind that forever rebrand guarantee
- There is a million way for you design your logo with their designers and software
- It would be shocking if you can’t find a design you absolutely love
- I wish you could custom a design a little bit with what you want

Speedy resolution of problems & great new AI prompt feature
Great idea, particularly for start-ups who are forever having to adapt to new requirements, investors, markets. Top quality output too.
- They were really helpful when I contacted them about a problem I was having
- They resolved my query quickly
- It's easy to use and the new AI prompts to customise the logo is great
- It's difficult to know how you can change the watermark image
- Don't ask them questions that are already stated on the website, that doesn't get such a welcome response

Easy to use, great, fast, on point , professional, helpful and kind customer service, the color palette is unbelievable, the AI generated logos are endless.
- So many different way to edit your logo
- Great package deals with all social media, email signature, printable version of your logo and the list goes on
- Also I can edit after purchase, we still can change our minds right
Need more font type, I needed a specific style and didn’t find it but I went with another pretty one for my brand logo

You also receive files for all possible applications - whether print or social media use - online application or advertising prints - it was all there. There is no risk if you don't like the design straight away or if you have changes. The support team is very friendly if you have any queries and changes are free of charge within 30 days.
