Smokeball best value and wonderful people to guide you.
My overall experience with Smokeball is a 9 out of 10. 10 being the best. From the onboarding to integration team. Everyone was wonderful and helpful to work with. Any questions we had everyone we worked with was happy to help. Even in the tight turn around to get this project completed everyone was always extremely helpful and professional. Smokeball should be proud of the team they have. Thank you for always being willing to help, jump on calls to go over questions and the help to teach to use the Smokeball product. It is much appreciated.

- An automated form can be sent from client to us and when we receive payment a paid invoice or email can be sent to client thank you for the payment that was received so there is an automatic footprint in Smokeball so there is no need to confirm or remind ourselves to go look in SB

BEST PROGRAM EVER!!
I love all the features- especially the AI feature, it has helped our attorneys to make sure they do not complete something but forget to bill for it. All of our firm's contacts are stored in one place, making everyone's address book on point for everyone to contact anyone, even if someone else added the contact I can still find it. I also love being able to search for a document by typing anything that you remember is in the document and it will search all the documents for that phrase.
- This program has made my job soo smooth
- The ease of use and all the different features work together great
- It has made me more organized and efficient in my job
- If your internet goes out, you cannot access files

10/10. The staff are excellent. I have no complaints about this company, and I'm excited about the future.
- The onboarding was clean, efficient and easy
- The staff are responsive and knowledgeable
- The interface is brilliant with a tonne of built-in features, and way we can access our files and documents is great and will make client-management a breeze
- Their annual fee is competitive, and that's important for us
- I am yet to discover a negative with the program nor have I had any negative experience with the company

EXCELLENT LEGAL FILE ORGANIZER!!
It has been a great product and helpful to my practice. I love how it organizes all of my files in one place.
I like how Smokeball will draft legal documents for you and keeps all of my files organized in one place
- I wish Archie was a better AI source
- I have had problems with it
- It does not do a great job of summarizing deposition transcripts
- I find ChatGPT to be more helpful

This is the real deal for law firms big and small.
No exaggeration - pretty perfect from the start. I feel like I have an entire admin staff at the ready.
- My priority was to automate documents and no other software seemed able to do so without lots of pain
- Smokeball has its roots in document automation
- Imagine how surprised and happily stunned when I clicked on Forms and my letterhead with Client address just popped up
- If this is how good Smokeball is out of the starting gate, I can't wait till for more
- Plus, the tutorials, recorded training are easy and every single time I call Support, the staff is exceptional
- Countless reassurances that I don't need to rush
- They are as excited working there as I am using the product
- Simply amazing
- Billing is tricky to begin with but, as I said, the support staff makes it easy to get going
- Everything becomes so intuitive - the software anticipates your needs and has the next step already built in
- The designers are experienced in law and technology, but also in interface logic

Love it smokeball style.
Very good. Customer service is responsive, and staff is very pleasant. I enjoy being able to find a human when needed and the responsive of needing templates is good.
- The total bundle of CRM billing, and document drafting
- In addition to the aforementioned, the updates and improvements continue to develop with advancements in technology and the law
- The cost of attorney licenses
- moreover, the support staff licenses are nearly cost prohibitive
- I have not hired support staff due to the cost of the support staff license
- There should be a support staff rate of under $100

Smokeball Is The Best!
Outstanding. As I said above, I would not be able to practice without Smokeball at this point. It makes everything so easy.

- I honestly don't know how we ever practiced without Smokeball
- I especially love their integration with InfoTrack for Court e-filing and their workflows
- Their customer service is wonderful and they are very reception to ideas and suggestions from their clients
I'm honestly not sure - so far I like everything about it and we have been using it for almost ten years

Been using it a year now and the best software I have used being in the legal field. Was super easy to learn in a week.
- Features and customer support and ease of use
- Pretty easybto navigate from client to client
- Easy to upload documents and export as well
- Occasionally has glitches still but overall its easy to use and great
- The character limit in title of case can keep esign feature from working
