Helpful League Connection
Overall very good for what I need it for.

Second to none!
I am 100% full satisfied with the service and my overall experience with Blue Sombrero has been a very good one..

Sports Connect - Best Customer Service!!
Very satisfied. It beats every other software out there in functionality. They all have their challenges.
- Their customer service is second to none
- I work with many software companies and used to work for one
- SC does a terrific job at providing timely support to their customers
- At least that has been my experience in the last 5 years I have used them
- I dislike their newest update which causes the system to kick you out every so often even if you are in the middle of your work
- It is frustrating when doing accounting because you are deep in transactions and the system kicks you out
- even when you are actively working
- It is possible another window may be open, but we use multiple windows
- it should acknowledge we are currently working in the system in any window

Great for all LL users
Been great to this point, I have no issues.
- The integration with Little League makes this the best site for us
- Some of the account merge options
- Ability to upload specific documents to the patient accounts
- Signing docs electronically

Easy to Use & User Friendly
Easy to use, works great for our organization!
- Easy to set up & use; lots of helpful features
Some of the financial information is complicated - having to manually enter supply package fees, having to check that balances transfer correctly when moving athletes to a different team than their original registration

One site for all needs
It’s a great tool for sports leagues, donations and gear sales online it’s new and easy.
Being able to have the information synchronized to Little league, not having to add all the registration manually, having parents being able so sign up kids, volunteer, buy merchandise and donate all in one place
At the begging setting it up was a little work, but after initial set up it’s great

Any Leagues Registration Dream!
I think I’ve learn more as an individual until I’m at no point of return and need to contact support for assistance, overall it’s a great program to setup a league.
- That parents can go in and register their child(ren) in one single registration

Great for clubs of any size!
Love it overall. Helps keep everything together and organized. About export reports and data is easy.

- Two way integration or data with the Stavk Team app would be helpful

Best I know of
It’s taken me a little to learn how to use it, now that I know how to find everything I need to do as an admin it’s much better
I like that it saves registration info so you don’t have to enter it again year after year once you’ve signed up
Some of the functions aren’t seamless, trying to find out how to move one player or cancel a registration was difficult at first
