Sprinklr is a cloud-based customer experience management solution designed for businesses of all sizes. It offers social experience core, content marketing, social media management, paid advertising, website management (first-party experience), and social listening functionalities within a suite. The social CRM and social governance modules enable users to manage social profiles using a single platform. The platform also allows customers to post reviews on a website, post messages on their Facebook profiles, or tweet directly about the brand. Sprinklr's social media management platform allows users to implement a social media strategy across multiple business functions, such as sales, marketing, customer service, PR, events, and crisis management. Other features include social automation and social campaign management, which includes collaborating on design, launching, and reporting across departments and enforcing campaign consistency across the organization. Sprinklr offers online and knowledgebase support.

Amazing customer marketing platoform but super expensive!

Amazing brand management and digital/social marketing platform. Great support. But super expensive.

Top of the class, cost to match

Overall, it's been a great experience with Sprinklr. We have found it to be incredibly useful to schedule, track, and impact. Customer support has been wonderful, onboarding was heavy for a small team but not impossible

What they liked
  • Sprinklr is absolutely phenomenal as a tool for social listening, analytics, scheduling, and messaging across all of the channels we use
  • If you've used any tools similar, you'll be able to pick up and run with Sprinklr, but like most things I'd describe it as "easy to use, hard to master" The scheduling is robust, the analytics are full of great insights and customizable dashboards, and the listening is easy to handle even on small scale
  • Visual listening identifies posts using logos or other assets which makes proactive outreach simple
Room for improvement
  • Sprinklr is one of the more expensive examples of these tools, unfortunately, but that can be expected with so many different modules and top of the line tools
  • There is definitely a learning curve, but not one that is strong enough to deter me
  • I would say there is so much, almost too much at times
  • It's wonderful to have so many tools in one place, but I often find myself underutilizing pieces

I don't like it

I don't usually have to use the software but there are absolutely zero times that I have used 100% correct. Very complex but at the same time does not have all tools I need.

What they liked

The only thing I like is that I can see all social media account from the company I work for in the same software

  • I mostly use for Twitter and the search tool is really bad
  • There are also some content formats, such as poll, that I can't post with the software, something that makes my life pretty hard
