A great payment processing service for small businesses!
Support staff was great, learning all of the capabilities in the beginning takes time, but well worth it. Payment processing was very good and only ran into a few situations where the wi-fi signal wasn't strong in the building we were in, disrupting service.
- User friendly for many types of businesses, tracks inventory, supports online sales, competitive pricing for plans vs
- other products
- We had a transient business and the sales tax programming was a bit cumbersome, having to change them weekly to where we were selling
- A built in GPS system with retail sales taxes integrated would be incredible

Can'do it without Square for Reatail!
Absolutley wonderful! I have complete control over each transaction and can run any sales or promotions that I want!
- Square retail makes processing transactions and keeping tack of inventory so easy
- I ran for a year with a different product and it was not a good experience
- I couldn't wait to come back to square for al of my inventory and sales needs
- I will never change from it again
- After running a year on another program, I honeslty can't think of any cons

Safe and reliable
I use the terminal every day for my small business. It is safe and reliable. It is dependable and i feel peace of mind knowing it is safe for my customers' info.
- I like that square terminal is super easy to use and works every time
- It is reliable and the fees are transparent and transfers are easy
The terminal takes some time to start up and connect but once powered on it gets through all day

Squares POS 5 stars!
I wouldn't change anything or go anywhere else! It's perfect for rerai furniture and store. Once you've tried it you won't forget it!, its the perfect all in one app
- It's an all-in-one place
- I was using two other paid apps along with Square
- Now, it transfers all my data and spreadsheets straight to the accountant
- It's super easy to use, AI can track my daily sale with a simple ask AI how are my stats today vs last year at this time
- At first, just getting used to all the new tools
- Which wasn't long
- Very user-friendly my accountant is old school and an Excel userand was not happy at first and now he recommends

- Good clear visual interfaces with great retail functionality

It makes it very easy to use for a fast paced retail environment and it has lots of options to help add value for customers
The search function could use some refining in order to make it easier to find items that don’t have SKU’s and scannable barcodes

User friendly
My organization exclusively uses Square for Retail for selling our merchandise. It was quick and easy for me to learn how to manage the back end and run real time sales with the portable Square terminal.
