I want to love it so badly
I desperately want to love everything about SuiteDash. I have been a user for a long time, basically since the beginning. Unfortunately, as my business grows we need everything to work better, not to find my glitches and limitations. We are looking very sadly looking for software alternatives.
- SuiteDash still have the potential to outshine almost any CRM software out there
- I love that I can host a course, a membership, and a 100% customizable client portal
- SuiteDash is so dedicated to creating flashing new features that they are not making sure the base of their software works impeccably
- There are constant bugs and issues and half build systems
- Instead of dedicating to making what every already have the best it can possibly be, they are spread too thin trying to be everything to everyone
- The result is an ALMOST amazing system that fails frequently enough that this diehard fan is looking for a new option

"I Use Suitedash to Maintain My Businesses Reputation
Great! I am still very grateful to have this system and very thankful for the support team for helping me when I needed it! I also believe they are only getting better and that the [sensitive content hidden] is doing his best to be THE best. He is helping without draining our pockets! Suitedash is truly and all-in-one CRM. You just have to really take the time to read the manual and learn how it can benefit your business.
- What I like best about SuiteDash is how it takes so much off my plate and makes running my mobile mechanic business way easier, with the onboarding feature I evaluate potential employees and take them through a flow-application process with-in their account
- The fact that I can offer cars and even offer to buy cars in my customers portal pages is also a big plus
- My clients can have their own accounts and check their service history, invoices, and book appointments on their own
- It saves me a ton of time and keeps them happy because they feel more in control
- Also, the automation features are a lifesaver; no more chasing down payments or sending reminders manually
- Everything just flows smoothly, which lets me focus on what I do best working on cars instead of drowning in admin tasks
- The level of customization is another big plus because I can make the system work exactly how I need it to
- Overall, SuiteDash helps me stay organized, professional, and stress-free
- When it comes to understanding the system and implementing it, it's easy but I advise everyone to use the suitedash manual OR hire someone else to create a crm to their liking
- It can be a time-consuming task because you really have to learn the system but once you have it set up is so worth it
- I believe their customer service is very helpful, they respond quick too, I personally never had an issue and I'm always using suitedash
- The only downside was how slow the forms would load up when I embed them into my website, but once I connected my forms to JotForm
- it all worked perfectly and now people can register from my website and login from my website as well

It's a really complete set of tools to satisfy most of your business needs, and if you see their roadmap it's going to get even better, I tried it after migrating from using around 10 different sets of tools each with their own monthly fee, with SuiteDash I both could reduce my monthly expense as well as having all my tools integrated in a same platform, the best use case for me was to have a client portal to improve my business proposition for my clients
The design, all the tools are really complete and useful but from a visual aspects, the whole app looks dated, if you value form over function, this isn't the tool for you

I’ve been using SuiteDash for a while now and couldn’t be happier. Yes, there’s a bit of a learning curve, but with a touch of organisation and a step-by-step approach, it all clicks into place beautifully. The support team have been fantastic—always responsive, patient, and ready to guide me through any queries. Once you’ve got the hang of it, SuiteDash becomes an absolute powerhouse for streamlining processes and keeping everything neatly in one place. Highly recommended, five stars without hesitation!

- I needed private portals and the ability to segment customers and teams is great
- The fact that it has its own App so that my brand stands out is another great addition
- Companies sometimes sell a product that does not communicate or update to software

- The learning demos are a great resource addition
- Slight learning curve (but what new product to one does not have some learning curve) for newbies but there is a host of learning videos/help desk assistance to minimize the learning curve
- Easy to help get set up and manage the software
- This product is great for new and experienced businesses, whether solo entrepreneurs, SMBs, enterprises, freelancers, or Creators
- Just bring your vision and clients
- Liked everything
- Of course, there is a small learning curve but help desk and all the learning videos minimize any frustration
- So no frustration/zero complaints

Easily run your business on autopilot with SuiteDash
SuiteDash appealed to me immediately. Finally I can automate my processes without a jumble of programs and programming knowledge. I'm not very technical. Right now I am setting up SuiteDash. What strikes me are the excellently organized and very helpful videos. Step by step I am taken through. If I have questions they are answered fairly quickly by the help desk. Setting up is easy and good to do. I live in the Netherlands. My clients and I speak Dutch. That's not a problem either. With 1 button I can set all the communication to Dutch. If I want the translation slightly different, I can adjust specific words and phrases. What a convenience! SuiteDash also has an integration with Wordpress. I look forward to running SuiteDash. Then I can start canceling the subscriptions of the first other programs. SuiteDash thus pays for itself and provides overview, convenience and saves me time. How happy I am with SuitDash!

The perfect client dashboard

Comprehensive and Useful
Mildly challenging to set up as the admin. Very easy to use for the users. This is a comprehensive suite of CRM and office tools, so there is a learning curve. I made some SOP's to simplify learning for my end users.
