The Complete Solution
I love the product. The support and training is great and they are always trying to improve.
- It is a one stop shop for our case management and cloud storage solution
- I love how everything integrates, mail, one drive ect
- small minor issue - i would love if the document preview pop up was bigger

Thread for all your legal drafting and legal management needs
For the short time I have been using it, it is exceptional.
- First of all, the hands-on onboarding was magnificent
- And the follow-up to see how things were going is great
- The product itself, its just mind-blowing to me that I can get software that I can design to my specific drafting style
- Hats off to the producers
- I dislike that I always have to login but otherwise it is very good

Excellent potential, but not there yet
It has definitely made our job a lot easier in many respects, however it is also very frustrating at times.
- Cloud-based and integrated with Office 365
- Very easy to make templates
- Developers are responsive to suggestions and many of ours have been implemented
- It's not at all intuitive so intensive training is necessary
- There are numerous bugs and aspects of it regularly become unusable
- Impossible to opt out of some "new features" that don't suit us
- Visually it is quite unattractive
- No mobile app and its mobile website is very difficult to work with

Positive. I was reluctant to move from the software I had been using for 15 years but Thread is inter-active and user-friendly.
- User friendly
- Brief Builder is excellent and very fast
- Great training
Emails sent from file which then generate a notification but I can see how this is a good feature, just not for me

I did not find LEAP user friendly. Various applications were separate and not streamlined.

Thread - Case Management System
Our experience with Thread over the last 4 years has been very positive. This was our first case management system in the firm and made the change over very seamless. All training received initially was superb and ongoing training keeps us up to date with new features in Thread. Also the online support we receive when needed is very efficient and effective to deal with any issues which may arise.
- Thread is very user friendly
- Well laid out and easy to navigate
- The email section of Thread needs to be updated
- When importing a sent email from Outlook the email goes into the Inbox section in Thread rather than the Sent items section
- This makes it difficult to find a sent email amongst the incoming emails

- Some of the features I did not always use
