It has simplified our system for working with customers and tracking their responses. This has allowed is to convert leads into orders at a much faster clip without loosing track of conversations along the way.
- Thryv has been great for keeping our client communication, invoicing, and scheduling all in the same place
- I particularly love how I can quickly follow-up or remind clients effortlessly without jumping around several different tools

Thryv helps me Thrive!
I do like this Business program more that the piece-mil style of programs I had before. Everything is within this model and I do not have to try to combine my Books, Appointments, schedules, online presence or documents...everything is here. Any new business needs to use this sort of program to become a more professional looking business.
- As a new business owner I have found the Thryv Business program to be very helpful and convenient for me and my customers
- The notifications come quickly and on all my devices so no one is left hanging especially my business
- I have used the chat and telephone customer service lines to educate me and help me move free and easily through the Dashboard and all its features
- Some of the features I am not as well familiar with do need a little extra help which I need through the Thryv support agents
- I have the lowest tier Thryv account which does not offer total flexibilty but as my business grows I expect to be able to upgrade

After the in-store visit or online booking, Thryv assisted us in streamlining how we engage with customers. The automated reminders and review prompts brought in more feedback, which we’ve leveraged to refine our marketing. It has also helped prevent customer inquiries from falling through the cracks in busy seasons.
- It combines messaging, scheduling, and reputation management on one platform
- I’ve used it to manage customer bookings for private styling appointments, gather reviews and follow up with shoppers all from the dashboard
- It saves time and standardizes the tone across our brand
- The UI isn’t as smooth as seen on some newer platforms, and some features (email campaign tools, for example) feel somewhat basic compared with dedicated services
- I did find it somewhat difficult to customize for a fashion brand at first it did require some tweaking to align with our branding

Wanting more
I would describe my overall experience as mediocre. The software works and is reliable, but leave a lot to be desired
- My favorite part of Thryv was the single inbox for all of our channels
- I also enjoyed they would auto post social items for us
- The software did not meet our needs for customer experience
- We needed customers to have the ability to pick and choose items from a quote on their own without having to correspond or ask the sales person for help

Poor at best. I strongly discourage anyone I talk to about their product from taking the enormously expensive leap. Set my company back years.
- Thryv has a great sales team
- Honestly the buck stops there unfortunately
- My sales guy was wonderful and responsive, but the product and product support team were just flat out not good
- Signing up was a huge mistake
- Thryv is basically just a big bait and switch operation
- I was promised the world and ensured satisfaction, but the product just failed on pretty much all levels
- The CRM is inferior to competitor's products
- The marketing piece is lacking also
- The biggest upset was the web presence piece
- This was supposed to come with SEO and all kinds of social media management
- None of which was as promised it's taken me over a year and considerable amounts of money to get my page ranking back up to where I was before they took over

I switched because of the web and marketing pieces. Both of which were horrible so I switched back after a year and a half.

SCAM COMPANY
Terrible. 1. I was 100% lied to.... I was told this was a month to month and could cancel at any time. I cancelled after the first month for them failing to deliver anything at all and they charged me again 4 times in 3 days and claim I'm stuck with a 6 month contract! 2. I was told it would take 1 week to be up an running, took over a month and was still terrible and most features still don't work.

There are better CRM's out there. This one will leave you stranded.
My experience with Thryv started off great; I was super excited to find a CRM that really seemed to cater towards small business. Things took their turn for the worse when my bookkeeper notified me in early June that there were some major issues with my books due to how Thryv was addressing their 2.9% service fee, and rolling it into the Quickbooks HST Tax line. The gentleman that onboarded me, was my lifeline to Thryv for the majority of my Thryv experience, and upon notifying him of my Book-keeper’s findings, was told to tell me that, “it must be the client’s fault,” and that they would not be paying for any of the bill to correct the problem. I was then told that the problem “had been fixed, and that I could go ahead and re-connect Quickbooks back to the CRM.” Despite my bookkeeper locking the books entirely so that no damage could be done, Thryv circumvented the lock and overwrote all the work that the bookkeeper had just corrected. Thryv finally admitted that it was their fault, and opted to give me 1/3rd of what I had paid to fix the issue they created. It is now the end of October, and with no choice but to accept their offer as "we are at an impasse" as Thryv has called it, their services have been terminated. Communication was poor once my lifeline was let go from the company. I was stuck paying for unusable software while trying to sort out the "impasse" and over all, this is just a poor company to deal with. The only reason they are known is because they are owned by Dex media.

Great idea, but poor follow through.
Not good enough service for the money spent. We were spending 5 figures and not getting attention needed.
I liked that they managed our Google Ads, calls, website, listings, and socials in one place
- I did not like the responsiveness from staff
- It was difficult to get them to attend to our account
- We did not get quality leads
- We were miscategorized, leading to not only fewer calls, but calls for another industry taking vital time away from business
- We were spending 5 figures and not getting attention needed
