Wonderful

This has saved so much time automating everything. Once you have figured out how to work everything it is quick to put the information in that you need for each appointment.

What they liked
  • Customer service is amazing
  • There are some days where it may take a bit for them to respond, but they always have detailed answers and will let you know if they are working on a feature you asked about or may suggest it to their programmers to work on
  • They have very detailed help documents

  • It takes a little bit to navigate around and figure out how to use everything

Best Business and Scheduling app

Timetap has been a huge lifesaver to our business. There are som many capabilities that can be tailored to you specific needs. The customer service is excellent and very responsive. We went through so many other scheduling apps and nothing compares to Timetap. The creators are geniuses!

Reminder messaging does not work.

Very pleasant personnel. But they cannot dive deep to discover why our problem is occurring.

Ease of scheduling and ability to charge at the time of requesting an appointment

  • Recall reminder messaging, a significant decision point for our initial choice, does not work
  • It took a year to discover that this feature does not operate as promised, and patients do not receive annual appointment reminders

A great tool for booking appointments for healthcare professionals

The customer experience has been really positive and a big upgrade from our previous manual processes. I like that payment can be achieved from the same platform as well.

  • It saves a lot on admin time and helps us provide a better service

Great for scheduling different types of meetings

Overall, my experience has been very good on the free version. I'm actually planning to get the business subscription. And they do have personalized support, so I will get help to navigate the app and ask questions if necessary.

What they liked
  • I liked the different options to schedule different types of meetings (1-on-1, group, different hosts, etc)
  • I also liked the automatic email reminders and it's pretty user friendly on the side of the person scheduling with you
  • Also you can contact support, and they give you a nice free trial period
Room for improvement
  • I think it's a little complicated to set up
  • There are lots of things to check, and sometimes I get a little overwhelmed
  • But I guess that's part of them offering so many options

Great customer Support

Great customer support. Scheduling was very simple and times were readily available. [sensitive content hidden] helped very quickly and showed me a tips.

What they liked
  • TimeTap provides multiple custom sites to meet different needs
  • I also like the reminders though I wish our company allowed the text message option
Room for improvement
  • I believe using TimeTap on my mobile device is very difficult
  • It would be impossible to use if I had eye or hand issues

There are times when two appointments show up in staff calendars for the same appointment but this is of little consequence

Trial Test

I am still on a trial, so I am unable to test the Stripe integration. It seems to be set up well, however.

What they liked
  • It seems reasonably priced for what it does
  • It was able to integrate with Stripe, a requirement for me
Room for improvement
  • The UI is plain, and few options to improve it when embedded on my website
  • I may try a link instead which would give a richer UI
