Amazing Tool for a affordable price!
In the construction industry, Timly solves a major problem — keeping track of equipment across multiple job sites. Before, it was often unclear where certain tools were or when they’d last been serviced. Now, everything is transparent and organized in one place, which has drastically improved accountability and efficiency.
- We’ve been using Timly to manage our tools, machines, and IT assets, and it’s made a real difference in our daily operations
- The software is clean, intuitive, and helps us keep full control over who is using what and when maintenance or inspections are due
- The QR code system works great on-site, and the automated reminders save us a lot of time and headaches
- Reports and exports offer plenty of options but could use a bit more customization

Timly from an IT Perspective
Configuring and maintaining it in a company of 10K+ employees. Setting up SSO, provisioning, profiling and other activities was very pleasant.
- From an IT perspective, it's a very good and easy tool to use and configure
- There is a lot of logging and debugging info available, provisioning and deprovisioning users is tracked nicely
- SSO setup is a breeze, again, with a lot of logging provided, so you always know what's happening
- The available guides and the platforms available for integrations are up-to date and easy to use too
- Overall a very good tool, would recommend
- None from my interactions with the tool, or the team behind timely

Highly recommended for next-gen inventory management
Having seen a lot of demos and used many free trails in this space, I would say this software is pretty much perfect for inventory tracking and maintenance management of all our equipment and machines. Highly recommended!
- Timly gives me super high visibility into our inventory - every aspect we track is always clearly accessible (location, status, maintenance schedule, etc)
- We have now trained the entire team up on it - and the feedback is overwhelmingly positive
- Simply put, we now run our day to day inventory workflow through Timly
- And the support is top notch
- In the beginning, certain parts of the software took a while to load, but those speed issues have largely been fixed
- I'm also hoping for new integrations down the line

Top inventory management app
Great team, very responsive. Software has all the features we are looking for. The product is constantly being improved and smart features are being developed. You can tell they understand their customers's needs!
- Timly is really easy to use
- We especially like the remote audit function, which saves us a lot of time
