A great tool for keeping our team organized.
We've been using Unifocus for a few months now, and it's really helped streamline our scheduling and time tracking. There was a small learning curve at the beginning, but most of our team picked it up within the first week. It's been a solid tool for the price, and it's made managing shifts much simpler. I'd definitely recommend it.

Strong time tracking and scheduling, but needs UI improvements
Unifocus helped us better manage shifts and hours. It made compliance easier but has a learning curve for new staff.
The scheduling and time tracking features are very accurate and help reduce payroll errors and overtime costs
The user interface feels outdated and navigating between modules can be slow and confusing for new users

On Track And On Time
Overall my experience with using Unifocus is a positive one. It is easy to navigate and its very user friendly anyone can learn how to use it. I like to keep my records organized and this has been a big plus in my everyday routine.

Not very often but once in a while there would be a slight glitch and the information that I entered would not save and id have to enter it again

Unifocus Review
Overall, my experience with Unifocus was positive. It was a convenient and efficient tool for managing schedules, tracking hours, and requesting time off. While there were occasional delays in notifications, the platform overall made work scheduling much more organized and accessible

With the help of Unifocus I was able to incorporate current events as well as staff histories to ensure we do not overstaff or understaff within certain time frames
One challenge is that approval of time-off may go against the schedule rules if not thoroughly checked

The Timesaver You Need!
It's been a good experience using Unifocus, and I'd say that, especially for a smaller team, it is essential to save time. The user interface was easy to use and the company clearly knows what it's doing.
- Unifocus really does cut down on the time needed to do most of our important and mundane tasks throughout the day
- The price was pretty reasonable and definitely worth the cost if everyone is using it correctly
- With everyone operating at 100% the scheduling, information gathering and content created is exactly what we set out to do
- It really did all it promised to do
- The only thing I'd say against it is that sometimes our systems would be sluggish when doing certain tasks, but that may be because we need to update our equipment

Super great product
I personally think it's a extremely great software that makes communication between manger and employees
I really love the employee self service its extremely simple and easy to understand and provides an sufficient way to organize employee relations and scheduling
It could use an easier way to master the software but overall its pretty good but easier translation could always be useful
