The wonderful people of UScreen

Any time, any issues - Uscreen always respond very promptly and efficiently. They have a deep understanding of their own product of this, and this is always translated into an appreciation of our bespoke platform.

What they liked
  • The amazing people are at the core of UScreen and their superb customer support
  • They have always taken time to become fully briefed and then they can deliver great customer support responses
Room for improvement
  • Hard to find an issue with them - but if really pushed, and it's also a minor compliment: they have a suggestion box, which I did put forward ideas, but they insist on there being some consensus from other users before any idea is adopted
  • Fair enough I guess

Overall, my experience with Uscreen has been great! I like how much I can provide to my members. In fact, there are a couple features on Uscreen I have not been able to use quite yet but I'm excited about their feature and when I get to the point of being able to put them to use.

What they liked
  • The thing I like most about the Uscreen platform is the way I can connect with my members
  • Being able to connect with my members via Zoom and hearing their questions, being able to communicate with them more efficiently, has been a gamechanger
  • The members really appreciate it too
Room for improvement
  • The platform does not have the opportunity to provide documents unless said document is attached to a video
  • With what I do, I provide a lot of documents such as patterns, charts, worksheets, and forms that don't naturally have a video to attach to sometimes and I have to spend extra time creating some kind of video just to provide a document to my members
  • It's cumbersome

Their platform was messy and I was unable to do everything I wanted to do with my members on site. I kept having to send my members offsite to do things with them.

The best place to host a video membership

I highly recommend Uscreen! I've hosted my online yoga membership on Uscreen for over a year now and it's been the best decision that I've made for my business.

  • Uscreen are constantly innovating to improve the platform with new features, their customer service is exceptional, and they create a wonderful sense of community and support for us as creators

Uscreen has helped me grow my business with its upsell, downsell, abandon cart, and refer a friend features. We’ve seen lots of growth and retention from these features. They are always coming out with innovative ways for the technology to help not only us as business owners but also our clients.

Uscreen was a game changer!

Thanks to Uscreen we were able turn our small YouTube channel (Refeel Yoga) into a viable source of revenue. They've enabled us to be able to teach, travel, study and live, while generating passive income and live an amazing life. I can't recommend them enough. 5 stars is too few!

What they liked
  • Aside from the ease of creating out website and making a very beautiful, professionally put together webpage, the customer service has been incredible
  • We've had amazing calls with our personal representative, every CSA that I've reached out to has been super friendly and attentive
  • It's been a dream and a life changing experience since we started our account with Uscreen
Room for improvement
  • This is tough, because there are so many positives
  • I suppose one complaint I would have is the context window in the comments section
  • I teach Yoga, so when someone asks a question, I want to give as detailed of a response as possible (my wife says I write books to our students) But this means that I often have to create a series of 4 or 5 replies to be able to full answer a questions
  • Small complaint, but it's something that would make like easier for me

The lower cost per subscriber, having everything in one place (webpage, courses and subscription) all the automations, e-mail marketing, win-back, reduce churn, the ability to customize our own website and of course the MUCH better organization of our video library.

There are pros and cons to Uscreen, but once you're a member there is a lot of support to help make your membership succeed.

What they liked
  • Uscreen has been our video hosting website since we October 2022
  • The website and back-end interface are user-friendly enough, allowing us to focus on creating quality content without much technical issues
  • Their customer support is always helpful and responsive
  • We chose Uscreen for its community features, and the ability for our audience to comment on specific videos has fostered a strong sense of engagement and community
Room for improvement
  • Despite its strengths, Uscreen has some notable downsides
  • The analytics are not as detailed or informative as we would like, although we are hopeful about the improvements they're making
  • The most significant drawback has been the outrageous increase in cost per subscriber
  • This substantial hike was difficult to budget in since our operations costs are already very high, but we decided to stay with Uscreen due to the overall benefits
  • While there are areas needing enhancement, such as analytics, back end community notifications and pricing, we are overall happy with them
  • I really miss when Uscreen had their community on Facebook, I feel like there's a lack of interaction on their Uscreen community since we had the switch

We wanted an online community that wasn't on facebook so that people didn't have to leave the membership. We also wanted an app.
