Fantastic Software
It’s helped our company grow with ease, anything that I don’t completely understand the team at clubright hook me up really fast and nothing is too much for them, I had [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] on the phone sorting out my mistakes recently and she couldn’t have been more helpful. Trust is everything to me and I trust clubright and more importantly their team

Very happy with our selection of Clubright for our gym management software.
Very easy company to deal with, easy to use and the training was great to reduce our learning curve with a new software package. The AI chat or escalating to an operator for resolution of bugs and issues is very smooth. Most queries can be resolved with the AI Assistant.

Nothing, the upgraded package is even better now that we have upgraded, with additional features with message automation etc

OfficeRND was for the whole busines centre, gym was for taking payments only. We had to have a manual paper/pdf process for T&Cs, PARQ etc. wanted one package to handle everything reducing staff time

- Their sales process was smooth, and clear
- After going through their sales process, which was very smooth and where they were eager to close, we then got stuck in onboarding
- They needed to check something, canceled the onboarding, and I had to email several times only to be told they didn’t know yet if they could help us, but we should wait while they chased it up
- No problem—months wasted—and we never even received a phone call with an update
- This all started in July
- Now we’re in December, and they’ve gone completely silent
- No replies to emails
- But, and this is where it gets interesting, they’re still charging us every month, despite clearly not delivering the service and despite being explicitly asked to cancel the subscription and refund us
- Don't be fooled by their low price, it comes at a higher cost than the one presented, in time wasted, and poor service

Customer service 10/10
I have been with them for years and the software keeps evolving- I own a martial arts business and ClubRight suits all my needs
the customer service is amazing- we had to do a price increase and one of the team did it for us on their day off- the dedication is amazing
there are the odd glitches like with every software but everything is dealt with on time and we are always communicated properly with timescales

Clubright review
Very easy to use, we feel we are a valued customer and we know where to go if we need assistance. Overall a very positive experience.
Ease of use as well as customer service availability and flexibility of the software for different uses
Sometimes errors with mass migration or DD transfers for example but overall this is only small and naturally going to happen when transferring 100s of lines of data

Gladstone was very old fashioned and not easy to use or change

Yoana’s help
Our experience with Clubright was nothing but straight forward and relaxed with clear instructions and communication.
- One to one communication was absolutely fantastic, very helpful and clear
- Made all the processes so much easier for us
Moving past all of the positives that we encountered, the only thing that stood out was the AI could be slightly more helpful, however Yoana wasn’t the problem

- I liked the way to system works and makes my life easier removing admin
- There are so many good features such as membership forecast really helps me manage my finances better
- The setting up phase
- It was complicated for me as I am not great with computers
- But the team at club right were so helpful and made it easy for me

Very good. As stated above yoana has gone above and beyond to help me with any issues and has been a god send at times
