For anyone who is starting their self employed journey in wellness and beauty, this is the best app!
- I have clients of all ages and it's easy for any age group to learn and use
- With the help of the text reminders and wait list options, my books stay filled without every having to pick up a phone and call a client
- I don't really have any complaints as I have enjoyed the overall functionality of this app
- I think the overall services exceed the price point

Appointment Scheduling with Vagaro
My overall experience with Vagaro has been good. I don't really have any complaints to register at this time.
- The scheduling and appointment management system keeps me organized
- I especially like that it integrates with my Google calendar so I can see everything from one place
- It is uses friendly and is a good value for the money
- It has loads of helpful features
- I can't really say that I have any cons to list at this time
- I don't use many of the features but the ones I do use work well

DO NOT USE THEM
Terrible! Almost Cost Me Thousands of Dollars — DO NOT USE THEM I wish I had seen reviews like this before signing up with Vagaro. At first, they seemed helpful and professional, but my experience quickly turned into a nightmare.In my very first week of business, I only took friends and family as clients to work out any glitches , the kind that usually happen in a soft-opening phase. Sure enough, the first credit card charge I processed was audited and held by Vagaro without any valid reason. Even after I had already performed the service, they insisted on holding the funds. When I contacted customer service, they blamed an onboarding issue with my [sensitive content hidden] and even asked for his personal password from another account something completely unprofessional. After I expressed my frustration (politely, without any rude behavior), I received an email stating they were dropping my account entirely and refunding all charges to the clients I had already serviced. If these had been new clients with no prior relationship, I could have easily lost thousands of dollars. Vagaro chose to refund the clients instead of me, the provider who had already completed the work. Thankfully, my friends understood and paid me directly, but the level of unprofessionalism here is unacceptable. I will never recommend Vagaro to anyone. It’s a terrible, unreliable booking system. Avoid at all costs.

Best Scheduling Software!
My overall experience with Vagaro has been great. I’ve used other scheduling software in the past, but this one is by far the best!
- What I like most about Vagaro is how user-friendly it is for both businesses and consumers
- The app is incredibly easy for clients to use when booking appointments, and it’s also very convenient for business owners to manage everything on the go
- The support team is also fantastic and so patient
- I would like to see more options for customization, such as the ability to add to-do lists and more detailed reporting features
- These enhancements would help businesses tailor the platform more to their specific needs and improve overall efficiency

Would give Vagaro a try!
It was great, I did have clients at times have trouble with it but I believe that’s just technology alone.
- The features were great with Vagaro
- It helped save a lot of time with the back end of scheduling and managing appointments

- You get a lot for your money but I had to add on a lot of extra features I felt should be accessible with a basic account

Vagaro Scheduling Review!
While working as a hairdresser/in the beauty industry part-time, I found this software to be extremely useful! It keeps me on track as well as my clients.
- Easy to navigate for both myself and clients
- The best feature in my opinion is the automatic updates/reminders it sends to clients to keep everyone aligned and on time as we all have busy lives
- There was not really anything I didn't like
- I used this software for 3 years and never had an issue with it

- I am able to see all available appointment times easily
- It is very easy to use when seeing multiple appointment times
- I find sometimes when using the booking tool, it times out fairly quickly
- I find myself needing to refresh the pages
