Vcita for President 2024! Make America User Friendly Again!
Overall I enjoyed using the software and personal interactions with the staff were always pleasant

Great platform
Love the CRM and being able to have all info under one umbrella. Easy to use

1-The limitation with the PayPal automation, as I cannot specify which service I am automating in zapier 2-the layout of the emails coming from the platform with coding, doesn't look very high level

All in one scheduling platform and more
I switched from a different, more limited options platform to this one and love it.
I love vcita because it has all the tools I need to run my business: scheduling, appointment reminders, taking payments, various packages, e-mail marketing options, a variety of reports, even AI platform, etc
- can't think of it, they are always improving existing and adding new features

Simple to use but pricey
I’ve used vcita for nearly 10 years. I only stay because I’m familiar with it but I barely use all the functions. I like the scheduling calendar and ability to take notes. That’s really all I use it for. The mobile app has constant issues loading so I don’t use it much. For the price the app should absolutely be better.

Vcita is THE BEST!!
Overall, vcita has been a huge help to my business. I can easily add, change and remove appointments. I can be in touch with clients, and they can easily reach me. That is so important to my business.
- I love the calander and the fact that reminders go out to patients automatically once tgeir appointment is in the calander
- I also like the email feature that allows me to stay in touch with my patients
- Lastly, I receive messages fron new and existing patients immediately, which allows me to respond to right away
Occasionally, a patient will try to cancel an appointment through the app and I overall, vcita will not get the message

It takes time to login
It takes a lot of time to login and sometimes you are not even able to login in.
Calender system -: You can create schedules according to your time in its calendar
Dashboard is not working properly That troubles me a lot sometimes They should solve this problem
