It was right to chose WRIKE!
I enjoy my experience with Wrike. Not only do I love the product but I also enjoy the community as there is tons of support along with beta testing available.
- There are many features I like about Wrike
- The ones I like the most are the dashboards, blueprints, request forms and new AI features
- There aren't many things I dislike about Wrike but if I need to pick something, I would say the ability to work with outside emailing
- This could be more my lack of understanding though
Switched From
I love Excel but it's not meant to do multiple project and be your PM software.
Why they chose it
"Not very user friendly in my opinion. Not as easy to setup."

“Great tool to keep projects on track!”
Once you get the hang of it, Wrike really helps your team stay on top of everything. It’s boosted our productivity and made project tracking way smoother.
- Wrike keeps our team super organized
- I love having tasks, files, and updates all in one place
- The dashboards and Gantt charts make it easy to track progress without digging around
It can feel a bit overwhelming at first because there’s a lot to explore, and the notifications can pile up if you don’t tweak the settings
Switched From
We moved from Teamwork to Wrike because it’s more flexible and gives us better visibility across projects. The dashboards, reports, and integrations make it easier to stay organized and keep everyone on the same page.

Great Management Tool!
Verified reviewer
Wrike is perfect for all of our time tracking needs, specifically for logging time spent on each task and assigning tasks and due dates to different team members
From an administrative standpoint, we are still needing to manually create users in Wrike due to provisioning limitations

Ok time tracking and project management software
I think it's an OK software. I really prefer Salesforce instead. Wrike is still very new and they're actively trying to improve their software, but if you're paying for this then it should work without any glitches.
- I like the ease it takes to track trime and share information with a team
- It's better than software like Mondays but not as robust as Salesforce
- The software is more new and is pretty glitchy
- When a project assignee uploads videos sometimes Wrike with upload just a JPG file of the video instead
- There also isn't a way to send someone a screen shot of how much someone has taken on multiple projects at once
Switched From
A lot of my teammates stopped tracking their time spent on projects because the timer in Salesforce was so glitchy.

Very Good Experience with Wrike
Overall experience has been very good. The platform is user-friendly (most of the time) and it's allowed me to set processes, workflows and automations. It's great for project and campaign management and I'd recommend to any company looking for a platform that Wrike is the one to go with.
It's user-friendly, robust, aesthetically pleasing and I love creating blueprints and automations and seeing them work properly
- There's no sort of filter option on the automations (besides date and owner), making it difficult to find a specific one - no name filter and I have to open the automation to see the entire title
- It's a burden and very time-consuming when I have hundreds of automations in place
Why they chose it
"More robust system and integrations on the front-end and the back-end."

Fan Girl for Wrike
As a project manager, I have moved 3 teams into Wrike. The first two were from Asana, the most recent, Accelo. I deeply believe in this product and am a real-life Fan Girl for Wrike.
- I think of Wrike as Asana on steroids (this is also how I describe it to my team)
- Most of the time, when I want to be able to do something, I can actually make it happen in this program
- The blueprints functionality (templates) with the ability to reschedule dates around certain tasks is a GAME CHANGER
- There are some weird limitations to Wrike, especially around viewing finance data (we are a small agency that does things "weird" sometimes)
- When we email our account rep, though, he does always try to give us a workaround, which I appreciate
- I do think the Search functionality could be a little smarter; Accelo's was much easier to use
Switched From
I wanted something easier for the PMs and the delivery team to use; I also wanted a SMARTER tool.
Why they chose it
"Wrike is smarter. Also, a big selling point for us was functional Gantt charts."

Wrike review
Overall, I like using Wrike to track projects. I had to get use to Wrike after my company migrated from using Asana.
- Wrike is an easy to use project management tool to track a project, related tasks, assign team member tasks, start and due dates
- I also like that emails are sent to stake holders as reminders
- Wrike is very robust and may track more complicated projects, but I use the basic features or functions to track the progress of my projects
- This is not a criticism, however, the advance may be too complicated for my use
Switched From
Company preferred to use Wrike as a company standard.

Wrike is what keeps our marketing workflow sane!
I think Wrike is amazing once it's set up. I have to admit the initial onboarding can feel a bit overwhelming for new team members. It’s so powerful that there’s definitely a steep learning curve.
- I love Wrike
- I really love that we can build custom workflows for all of our clients, it makes juggling all our projects from start to finish, much easier to manage
- The built-in proofing feature is something we just implemented, and it helps us get faster feedback on all our creative
- It has cut down on going back and forth with clients for approval in long email threads
- I wish there were more features for AI automation overall
- Also, I wish we had Wrike whiteboard included in our business account rather than needing to have the Klaxoon add-on
- I wish the sticky-note widgets in dashboards had more capabilities, like emojis and being able to tag a specific wrike task directly in the note rather than just showing the wrike URL

Great With Minor Caveats
t genuinely helps keep projects aligned, teams informed, and deadlines predictable, which makes day-to-day work feel more grounded and less reactive. At the same time, there are moments when the system’s complexity peeks through and adds a little extra effort to otherwise simple tasks. Still, the benefits outweigh the bumps. When everything is flowing, Wrike becomes a reliable backbone for managing creative chaos and keeping the entire process moving with purpose and clarity.
- What I appreciate most about Wrike is how it brings clarity to the chaos without getting in the way
- It keeps projects organized, communication tight, and deliverables on track, all while feeling surprisingly intuitive
- The ability to see workloads, timelines, and approvals in one place makes collaboration smoother and eliminates that constant, nagging uncertainty about who’s doing what
- It’s the rare tool that genuinely lightens the load instead of adding to it
- It can feel a bit heavy at times, like it’s trying to do everything all at once
- Some features hide behind too many clicks, and small tasks can end up feeling more complicated than they should be
- When I’m moving fast, the interface occasionally slows me down instead of helping me get out of my own way
- It’s great when it’s dialed in, but it definitely has moments where it feels more like managing the tool than managing the work

Warming up to Wrike
At first, I was not a fan. It felt limited and not user friendly. As I have learned more about the features and dug deeper, it could be used more effectively in our business.
- Wrike is working to stay on top of new features and options as technologies emerge
- The views have become my favorite feature
- Wrike has several training videos, but it would be great to see a real use case
- How are others using the feature, instead of a quick example of workflow management
- Also, documentation on how or why something works
- Something similar to open office hours or something to troubleshoot with other users
