Optimizing communication in Denmark's largest retailer
Our end-users are happy. Our customers gets help faster in our stores, so they are happy too.And from a IT perspective we have zero downtime, and great management features. And there are still new features coming. All in all, a very good experience!
- The management console is the key feature for us in IT
- It makes our work easier
- The up-time is also a something I feel is worth mention
- Not yet did we have any issue on the front
- And at last the efficient/fast communication
- It's hard to point out something
- A lot of times the issues we have or the request we have is fixed
- I think the only feature we're missing now is the option for display names in channels
- That gives the option for more and better integration with MDM solutions without leaving the end-user with weird channel names

Zello Communications
This software is great to talk to a friend, or a team of coworkers, making voice, text and image sharing simple and fast. In our application we use Zello for Emergency broadcasts and communication so that all team members are acutely aware of what's transpiring.
- The mobile application is convenient and most practical for our team
- Allowing us to have real-time delivery of communications
- Some Zello apps are subscription based and on other platforms their maybe no cost
- This inconsistency was confusing and not uniform across the board

Great way to stay connected
Zello is so easy to use and train new employees. Being able to communicate with others in our group is vital and Zello helps us stay connected.
- What I like most about Zello is that I can get ahold of anyone when I need to no matter the location
- Our techs were out in the field and I can easily communicate with them at any time
- Plus, the battery life is great
- In some of our territory locations, cell phone signal is very low
- This can cause some issues but luckily we do not encounter this often

We are a police corporation in the state of Veracruz, Mexico. So far I'm very pleased with both myself and my Immediate Response Service a score of 10 could be better
It has provided me with a very good cooperation with my colleagues in the fire department without wasting any time in our communication and we have an immediate response in matters of geographical location

Zello has been a game changer for us, the system is easy to use and when you need support, they're right there for you.
- Being able to track our teams using the zello map
Not being able to add addresses inside the zello map to get ETAs, instead you have to jump over to google maps

- The most significant benefit for us was the accessibility via the API
- While the web management console is easy to use our deployment depends on custom integration services
- The documented API is easy to use and the provided SDK's worked great
- Zello is driving a lot of advancements with their applications, but one area forgotten about is the dedicated radio support
- We rely heavily on physical radios from Telo, and some features sometimes don't work or are hard to enable
- While we provide feedback on what we would like to see, we have no visibility if there is any traction on the suggestions
