Migration Success!
I loved the journey to migrate to Zenoti for our PMS solution! The team, the software, all a great fit for us!
- I love their implementation team
- A joy to work with and always able to accommodate our needs
- The product itself is wonderful as well
- Great for enterprise platforms and single practices alike
- So much depth to the software
- Some of the current workflows are less efficient than our old solutions
- Forms, e-prescribe, etc
- That being said, several of these features are being revamped or added in the near future
- I will also add that the project management tools we used became a little cumbersome
- They used 2 different tools that were different than the 2 we use in our business
- Add in email and it can be a little difficult to ensure you are up to speed on all communications

Thorough software
[sensitive content hidden] were both helpful and followed up whenever we needed a push or guidance. It has been a lot to learn but helpful to have regular meetings.
- I liked that it was comprehensive and covers everything from appointment booking, employee management, services, inventory, and includes forms
- We were excited to have guidelines in the photo captures integrated in the forms
- In our last software, we would have to upload photos from our devices that weren't always of similar alignment, so this was a gamechanger for us
- Zenoti has a search bar in case you aren't sure where adjustments should be made in the software
- It was not the most intuitive to use and has a learning curve
- Setting up does take time, so if you have other obligations or clinic responsibilities, you need time carved out for it

Zenoti had a photo capturing system integrated into their electronic forms that also integrated guidelines for our before and after comparisons to be more similar in position and angles. This was key for our aesthetics components

Absolutely Worth The Switch
Absolutely worth the switch. We opted for a full migration package and the team was super helpful. There is no way I would be doing all of this myself. Our staff is enjoying the platform and learning as we go! Some quirks here and there but there has yet to be a platform that handles our offerings as cohesively as Zenoti.
- We have loved that it is completely customizable
- It is very feature heavy, and considerations have been given to almost every scenario due to the multiple clients on the platform and time in business
- Much has already been thought through and there are solutions for 99% of what I needed in my business
- I love the way we can categorize services into primary & secondary types for public display on our booking link
- This helps new and existing clients find our services with ease
- There are some pretty simple things that they offer that I didn't get with my old platform that I am loving
- Electronic & redeemable gift cards online
- A referral program with each client having an auto-generated unique code to share
- Prompting for tips on select services with a provider but withholding on others
- Multiple & automated waivers/forms based on appointment type
- etc
- Like I mentioned, these are all pretty standard but were features that were missing on my old platform
- The migration of all my data, including payment tokens, forms, etc
- was pretty impressive also
- We have a ton of data, and I believe we will get it all to transfer
- Having a dedicated account manager and migration specialist was crucial and they did a great job for us

- Also, the platform has a little AI bot chat feature that is actually pretty solid
- At first, the quantity of features was a bit overwhelming
- There are just so many things you can do and its easy to get lost in the sauce early on
- That slowly resolves itself overtime and becomes more of a perk than a hinderance
- I also wish that they had a direct phone line for their support team
- Maybe they do but so far I have been chatting through the AI bot, then if I don't find an answer, it will give an option to connect to an agent, but it usually isn't very fast that someone connects
- Once they do, they have been helpful with screenshots and have even sent links for a video call when needed

Glofox was not robust enough for our needs.

Zenoti Review
I would not recommend this product. It needs to have more advanced options and be able to evolve with an ever changing Aesthetic environment.
Scheduling was pretty user friendly and there’s a price check option to save time when a patient needs a quick check out or has an inquiry
- Turnaround time to have issues resolved takes days at times
- No customer service readily available unless you use the chat bot but even then not too helpful
