Best EMR software out there that won’t put you into bankruptcy.
Excellent. Wish I didn’t waste time on Aesthetics Record. This is light years ahead of that. I was booking through my website and their Book Now feature made it such a cleaner more polished and professional booking experience for my clients.
- I’ve been using Aesthetics Pro and can confidently say their customer support is top-notch—quick, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated
- The “Book Now” portal is absolute perfection—simple, clean, and professional
- I’ve tried less expensive EMR options before, but this is one of those cases where you truly get what you pay for
- Aesthetics Pro is incredibly intuitive, reliable, and thoughtfully designed
- Honestly, I’m surprised it doesn’t cost more for what it delivers
- The support alone is worth every penny—it’s a tremendous value for the price
- There isn’t really anything I dislike about the software
- It’s easy and user friendly
- Clean and streamlined design
- Forms management is a piece of cake

I am a pretty tech savvy kinda person and found Aesthetics Record very difficult to manage, the flow was difficult, set up was a real hassle. I thought I was stuck with it as it’s so cheap. Glad I made the switch.

Aesthetics pro review
Great, easy to use and better than most of the other Med spas softwares out there. I demo’ed all of them. Their support is really the best.
Comprehensive and allows you to organize and collect info on patients all in one chart, record injections directly by drawing on an image, electronic intake and consent forms, online booking, client portal, loyalty points and membership capabilities, cloud based so you can access from anywhere
- Sometimes the forms have glitches that don’t allow the clients to fill them out properly
- Photo storing option is not the best

Aesthetics Pro for Med Spas
We use AP as our foundational platform at multiple med spas because it makes it simple to toggle from one to the other to view calendars, revenue, etc. Reporting is often frustrating to understand where some of the numbers are coming from and the occasional offline issues can be challenging - but overall, every platform has it's pros and cons so you need to pick your horse.
- User interface is well designed and easy to get staff trained for basic functions like appointment making, editing, etc
- Inventory control is user friendly
- Many other platforms don't integrate charting and patient forms in the user friendly way AP does
- More complex features such as setting up packages and allocating product inventory used as part of a service are less intuitive and require help setting up
- Also gift card feature needs a lot of work
- Accurate Revenue/Performance reporting requires extensive (and expert) setup to provide real numbers

We were using AP in other operations and found the Zenoti platform less user friendly - although the gift card feature(s) were far superior to AP

Great System, Awesome Support!
Overall experience has been great with AestheticsPro. The system is nice, clean, delivers what we need it to, and the support is appreciated!

I don't really have any feedback on this as all of the issues that we have ever ran into have been promptly resolved

Great Program
Overall AestheticsPro has been able to meet my workflow needs for my practice. Very easy to learn and incorporate to my work.
Love the one on one customized help especially being able to walk through most important workflow during my check in calls

Amazing Customer Service
Amazing customer service and training sessions. Everyone has been very prompt at scheduling and on-boarding.

It is wonderful and user friendly. The more I use it, the better my understanding. I am able to compete my notes at each visit.
- The ease of use, the tabs that can be turned on for efficiency
