Zoho CRM does a lot, but the downsides are hard to live with
Zoho CRM has been able to help our company in a lot of ways, but has also made our job difficult. I don't know that I can recommend it.
Zoho CRM really delivers in a lot of areas and has a massive amount of functionality and customization
There are lots of artificial limits that reduce functionality, customization is difficult and timely, customer service is very poor and hard to work with

Zoho CRM is a great workplace tool
My overall experience with Zoho CRM has been so helpful to our company with the integration with our website forms and invoice system that our previous company before the pandemic used it and we went right back to it with the new company after the pandemic.
- I love Zoho CRM for so many reasons
- One: We keep track of all of our staff, clients and vendors in one place
- Two: It integrates wonderfully with Zoho invoice
- Three: I can customize the customer information with the information I need to be there
- Four: it integrates wonderfully with our website forms allowing a client to fill out a form and it automatically goes right into zoho CRM
- What I like least about Zoho CRM is that while with Invoice we can have several of our staff set up, users cost more per user in the CRM
- I also dislike the limits of certain fields used unless you pay more, but I know that's all CRMs

"We had used it previously and loved the integration. When we sampled other options it did not have the same flexibility and ease as Zoho CRM has."

Affordable with Many Features
Excellent. I would still choose this platform if I were on the market for something different. It is also affordable for smaller businesses.
- I like that you can see where leads originated
- You can filter to see which leads have not been touched
- I like the ability to create an email that matches my business domain

Good CRM, better with the whole Zoho Suite
More than 2 years using it as main CRM, for managing accounts in Spain, Portugal and Italy. Connected with the rest of the Zoho ecosystem, specially with Projects, Sprints, Books and Analytics.
- CRM management with plenty of features, customizations and all you can expect from a modern CRM
- It's biggest advantage
- If you use the whole Zoho Suite, everything is connected and you can improve your company A LOT
- Among that, it's a good CRM
- As all Zoho apps, configuration it's a little bit complicated, permissions are sometimes ultra complex to understand, and some adjustments need to be done by the OWNER of the installation, which is only ONE account and can do some administrative things
- Another con is definitely support, which honestly it's not the best

Great option if you need good functionality on a smaller budget
Overall I was happy with the experience of using Zoho CRM. Setting up workflows, creating custom fields and managing contacts was straightforward.
- This is a great CRM option for businesses that don't have a large budget
- That being said, it doesn't feel cheap and includes a lot of great features for sales and marketing teams
- The email tool is a little basic regarding design templates - although the scheduling functionality is good
- The reporting module could be improved
- The standard reports didn't quite fit what we required and it was difficult to find the relevant fields when creating custom reports

Zoho - trying to lead
I like its templates and ability to contact people using email and DMS. It got lot of fragmented like alerts, real messages messed up or buried in unwanted zero value automated alerts.
- It’s a tool that Keeps all my leads in one place and helps me run a campaign
- It is integrated with my website and Ring central my phone system
- Its tasks are never in sync with Leads
- These should not be so fragmented
- Tasks should be marked on the page as Leads

ZOHO CRM - IS IT WORTH THE SAVINGS?
I've used 5 different CRM data bases over the years to include SFDC. Although it is very economical, Zoho is my least favorite. The management reports we found a challenge to manipulate.
- I found Zoho fairly easy to navigate
- The window populated seamlessly and found it useful for task management
- Great value if you DON'T REQUIRE TECH SUPPORT
- Pipeline management was fairly standard
- For when I have a day of appointments, I typically print a summary page from a CRM
- This was not a simple task and when I called support, I got a person with such a strong accent, I couldn't understand him
- The reason we went away from Zoho is CUSTOMER SUPPORT

- Zoho CRM seems like a really good Value for Money, with good Customer Support, based in India
- This software is pretty intuitive and Ease of Use is good
- It's a great tool for Sales and Marketing and Email Management
The look and feel with Pipedrive is more polished than the Zoho Crm but I'm also being charged a lot each month for a lot of features I don't really use

Zoho could be for you
IT kinda hard to setup for small business and small team. But it still better than most tech companies
- I like the fact the team at Zoho will do their best to help you worth your issues with any of their products
- Lot of different products to help grow and support your business
- you will touch base with many different reps and mangers
- No dedicated team members
- Wish some things was easier to setup
- Maybe some type of ai can help with the speed of the setup
- Pricing can be high depending on the filed or industry your business is in
- Zoho health needs better explanations

CRM with More flexibility for New things
I think it is a strong and effective CRM and can help to makes your sales process organised and systematic if structured properly.
- I like the variety of features zoho has offered to us, like lead management , tracking pipeline , reporting dashboard
- One more good thing about zoho is that yoy can modules and fields as per your internal business process which is really cool I say
- The crm can responds slow sometimes when are too many users or it is a peak time
- Some easy to set up things are little bit complicated like automatic emails that go to customers - for example confirmation email after placing order
