Excellent fully customisable design
The best company run by the most competent and compassionate people in the world. They have done more for my business than any one else and help me to get paid in full on time and to see what is not working in my business through expense and days to get paid tracking features - enabling me to make strategic decisions too.
Simple, high level of functionality, free for first 1000 invoices, genuinely supporting small businesses, excellent demos by staff online in India
- Not enough people know how great it is
- I wish it was a standard part of all small business training and the endless business podcasts by bankrolled people who do not understand what starting from scratch really means

- I like to be able having a statistical dashboard of my transactions
- At the moment this is all working excellent
- Maybe some improvements to the mobile application but I really use it more on the laptop

Free trial
Not bad but wasnt my favorite program. Im sure some people would enjoy it but it wasnt for me. But overall good
- I liked how you can design your own invoice and have lots of template options
- Also free trial is nice
- You can't retrieve your files once you no longer have a subscription
- You need to make sure its saved elsewhere

The scams apps will truck you here , be careful
Well I spend to much time to find one app ,than I can easily set up my invoices for work , and I was mad bc I always had it and never tried before , until I did it , and is the best thing can happened to me
- This app honestly have one of the most important thinks , than any app most have
- and is the easily and fast ways for do anything in this app
Pretty much I have to be honest , and I don’t lie here , so is nothing bad bc I m really love this app in general

Great product, hard to believe it is free!

- It is free, that makes it pretty amazing
- But it is also easy to set up, incredibly customizable, and endlessly connected
- The upload process is very complex due to tax codes, item codes, etc
- It is pretty difficult to bulk upload invoice details (at least for me and I am pretty tech savvy)
- I have ended up just choosing to manually enter invoice data to save time messing with bulk uploads that get nowhere
Switched From
Authorize.net invoice option is very limited and although it is free with our authorize.net usage account, Zoho Invoice is also free and way easier to use with exponentially more abundant and better features.

If you can login, it's good
The worst customer support. Leaves me so frustrated and never helps me. Zoho implemented OneAuth that doesn't work so every month when I go to login & send invoices, I can't. I have to call and/or email customer support but nothing happens. I end up having to send out my invoices late. Makes me look very unprofessional.

RANDA'S relationship with Zoho
We registered our small business and didn't have capital to buy software or anything and with Zoho it was so easy I felt at home

Zoho invoice for your small business
Overall I like Zoho invoice because both my partner and I can use it on the mobile app so we can take orders and send the invoice to the customer in real time. Not missing any oportunities.
What I like most about Zoho invoices is the ability to create custom invoices and send them to my customers
I am still in the learning phase but so far it is user friendly and some functions I don't understand how to use yet

Great solution
I really recommend using Zoho invoice if you are looking for an urgent way to invoice clients. It is very easy to customize and use.
- It was an essential tool to access to invoice clients as a small business
- It help our payment collection be more streamlined within our team
- I did not encounter much issues as I was using it very direct
- however, once I tried to analyze and use the reporting I did encounter a few hiccups
