User Review on Zoho Projects for 3D Animation Used Case!
It is value for money as compared to how Asana is priced and is affordable for Companies who is exploring and starting with such tools. Employee management and users can be easily monitored seeing the time they have spent on the project.
I liked the Time Log and UI Flexibilities and the Task System Overall with Reports which can be easily accessible for monitoring the projects
I disliked the UI creativity, there are lot of options but still it lacks that user friendliness of making task, sub task, task decscription and its confusing as compared to Asana as per UI is the concern, It should have a project briefing and atatchments module like Asana has at the start of the project

Pricing and Time Logging Constraints led me to switch the software.

If only they could secure data
It was great, except needs more security of data, I also found that I was constantly needing to buy addons. The modules didnt really talk to one another efficiently and there was duplication of purpose.

- Lots of scope
- Spam emails after signup, duplication of purpose of modules
- Lack of consistency across modules
- Having to pay for functions that should have been part of the original package subscription

Good for small businesses.
Overall product is very good, and we can start using it without guidance. UI is simple. However, regarding pricing I find it little higher compared to features getting.
- Simplicity and easy to start with
- Self-explanatory product with good mobile app and excellent light weight UI
- Less control and also time log split is not there while approving billable quantity
- Even control on cost vs price is not extensive

Project management well made with the Zoho ecosystem
We manage projects of development and consultancy with it, some development projects are connected to Sprints and the overall company is connected to the Zoho ecosystem, which is its biggest strenght.
- Projects and tasks can be customised with a lot of detail
- It's connected with the Zoho Suite and specially with Sprints and Desk/Bugtracker, which is great
- If the team gets along with the "philosophy" it can track projects and costs in a very professional way
- New UI is cool, much better than the previous one
- As all Zoho tools, it can be a little overwhelming to set-up properly, specially on your own without a consultant
- If you want something very agile, like Trello, maybe it's not the best tool for you

A pretty effective Project tool.
We used Projects to plan for and run an event/conference for our customers. It was nice and straightforward to use Projects for this function. A bit too busy and not quite visually appealing, but pretty effective
Zoho Projects is pretty functional and really does make it easy to cross-collaborate and work through a project together as a team
- Zoho Projects is very busy and can get a bit frustrating when it comes to notification overload
- Really lacks a logic for prioritizing what I need to know

A great product
It is great software to use and it is always there for me to continue to use on a daily time and it works for all my side works
I have used many different software and I always go back to projects because using the zoho platform makes moving inbetween great
I really don't have much of a con but I would say that one would be the fact i can not get it to intergrated with one of my softwares

I found occasional bugs in task organization and slower customer support responses, which can interrupt workflow during insurance renewal or claims periods

Best overall PM software
Have been using it for over 2 years, and I cannot find a better replacement. Its a software that I can recommend to everyone.
- This is a very versatile and easy to use sofware
- While others are cluttered with automations, and many options that you will never use
- One improvement that can be made is to make the reminders option more accessible

Project performance calculation can be included in the free plan up to 5 users, which will help to explore the full feature for at least one project and procure if it it helps
