I love using zoom
I use them for work and to sign in to webinars for school as well. I sign up for a lot of cyber webinars.

The best tool for video conferencing, virtual events and webinars
Overall I am pretty satisfied with Zoom Events. We have successfully hosted many webinars with Zoom and never faced issues with video, audio or audience interaction.
- It's a very good platform for hosting webinars and virtual events, or video conferencing with a very large number of participants
- If you have a stable internet connection, Zoom offers exceptional video and audio quality
- Customisable registration, ticketing, in-event chat, live polling and Q&A makes it a very versatile application
- It's a bit expensive
- If you have 100+ participants the cost goes up further
- If you are hosting a paid event it's usually fine but it's too much to spend for free events or internal events

Simple but Effective
My overall experience with Zoom has been positive. It is not a super complex product but I think that was intentional to #1 make it available to a wide audience and #2 hope the code would be simple enough that it wouldn't experience too many glitches
What I liked most about Zoom was how user-friendly it was and how you did not have to be a tech nerd to understand how to use it
- Zoom often did not have great video quality
- There would be lags and sometimes dropped calls/videos

GoTo Webinar ended up being more expensive and a little more difficult to use.

Zoom has stayed the course.
Our overall experience with Zoom Events as a paying yearly customer is satisfactory. When they boomed during the pandemic the challenges was not seen or exploited by other. They adjusted well and improved on so many additions to the Zoom experience.
- What we like most is the ease of use when setting up an event
- The Zoom events has room for improvement, but the technology probably has to catch up with their need
- It has most of the tools and apps to assist it
- We have not used Webinars as of yet, so there is no least or most
