Best App For Shift Work!
I love using 7shifts for checking my work schedule and keeping track of my shifts. It's so easy to see my schedule as well as events that are happening on my work days. The chat function is also great because I can send private messages or a group message to other people to see if they'd like to switch shifts. Gone are the days of email attachments with work schedules. I'm so happy that my workplace uses 7shifts!
- All the information I need to know for my work shifts is in one place: days I'm working, who I'm working with and special work events happening that day
- It's easy to contact people to switch shifts because I know who is and isn't working on specific days
There isn't really anything I don't like about 7shifts as it gives me all the information I need for my weekly schedule in one place

Easy to use!
Staff appreciated the convenience and simplicity of the app. The different price points was also helpful to the owners.

- Staff can quickly log in and access their schedule, request time off and blocked off dates
- I really didn't have any cons about using 7Shifts
- My restaurant used it mostly for scheduling only

I really appreciate the way this software works. I like that other managers can look at shifts before they are published, and we can work together. My team is in constant communication using the app and I am able to assist whit what they need.
- 7Shifts makes it easy to schedule my team and communicate with them
- The app helps make sure they are plugged in and know their schedule
- They are able to let me know their needs
- The app is great for the team to stay in touch
- I don't like that I cannot set the shift times and have them stay the same
- 7Shifts can have lags that are inconvenient, but it does come through

A No-Fuss Workplace App For All
Overall 7Shifts is accurate, easy to use, and has an appealing interface. It has minor hiccups, but were easy to overcome.
- A straight forward, and no-fuss workplace app
- Let me schedule my staff and set specific notes for special days
- The app has a habit of logging everyone out, or the servers crashing in general
- It would make it difficult or impossible to clock in sometimes

Great software for multi-unit restaurant operation
Overall, I am happy with 7Shifts. Integrated with our pos and all of our employees are happy with it.
- Simplicity of use, and many features for communication across multiplications
- I wish 7Shifts had an internal translated where groups can easily communicate back and forth between English and Spanish without having to copy paste to an external translator
- Simply, a ‘see translation’ button would be amazing as many restaurants have language barrier holding back employees from understanding announcements and SoP’s

LOVE 7shifts!
I ask & they fix or add it. This company is ahead of the game! They crush!

Viewing shifts on 7shifts
7shifts did make reviewing and trading shifts fairly easy for myself and others. While we did not use to platform for much other than shift information, it was very helpful in the aspects in which I used it.
I liked that 7shifts made it very easy for myself and fellow employees to review and even share shifts
There were times that the information was not up to date regarding shift availability that led to some shifts getting mixed up

It was easy to organize and see where and when my shifts were while maintaining a decent speed when being able to clock in and out for work
It was a bit difficult to get 7shifts to be accurate sometimes since the location can sometimes be thrown off, and internet sometimes plays a role but it otherwise is janky

Restaurant shift App
Working in restaurant is the only experience I’ve had with this app. It worked well enough to get the job done.
Easy to swap shifts, easy to keep record of shifts and swaps as well as floating shifts for pickup when available
- A lot of clutter, but generally works well
- Wish there was a better shift swapping system for multiple shifts
