It was good for the most part until it came to having to pay to use some of the features i think it should be free to use.
I like that you can have a invoice made and send it to your client they can pay you sign it and send it all back super simple
I dont like that you have to pay every year just to use all the functions and features it should be free all the way

Best software for the price, still feels clunky.
It was overall okay. Writing invoices was very easy and they presented a very professional feel. Navigating the software was king old of clunky and awkward. Sometimes the vehicle I wanted to add just wasn’t there. The vin decode did work well and the integration with Carfax was nice.
- It’s got everything an automotive shop would need to survive in the digital world
- It offered all these features at a fraction of the price of its competition
- It’s kind of clunky
- I used it primarily as a mobile mechanic and the phone interface leaves a lot to be desired
- It is function, don’t get me wrong, it’s a scaled version of the web app
- I’d like a slicker, easier to use and navigate interface

good for the price
Happy with the overall pricing is very affordable for new shops that can paid expensive as alldata and mitchel one
- Keep detailed customer records and vehicle history
- Features include VIN decoding, license plate scanning, and integration with CarFax for service history reports
Sometimes slow software should be more proactive with the mitchell software still opportunies on improvements

Its pretty good but had many small flaws that are very fixable, then it would be perfect.
Its pretty good and could easily be the best thing out there but it needs a bunch of little tweaks to get there.
- Its affordable and gets the job done adequatly
- Its very buggy
- At least the repeating payments and invoice entries seems to have been fixed
- However the scheduler is confusing because you cant assign tasks to different technicians or change the color for appointments so it is very difficult to use
- The invoice tempkates became very difficult to edit when they used to be easy
- I need to be able to add regular fees, before taxes and they need to be totled by my choice not "other" no one is happy seeing "other" on an invoice
- There needs to be a way to add a customer paid fee to the pay online option
- I dont need to sacrifice $100 so a cuatomer can put their $2000 bill on a credit card
- I need to be able to pass that cost on to the consumer
- Also when Im in invoices and I ipen one and go back to the list, it should take me to where I was not back to invoice #1 every time

Best Bang for your Buck!
Overall, happy for what we are paying. Even though there is still glitches and little things that need to be ironed out, overall its a good software and has lots of potential.
- The price is very good
- Also, they always try to improve with constant updates
- Customer service is good and you get fairly quick responses
- Lots of glitches, have to go back and forth to update pages
- Also, cant sort invoices by taxable and tax exempt

Efficient and price conscious
So far it has been a good experience. Seeing a lot of value in having access to the labor guides. And the inspections. Once we organized it to meet our needs it makes going through the inspections a breeze.
- The price point and the ability to play with the system before committing to the purchase was crucial for our small business
- The ease of use and learning how it works was very easy and efficient
- It doesn’t work as well on IOS so we typically have to use it in the shop laptop
- But it works great on windows

Great app For Automotive shops everywhere
I actually am very pleased with the app and all its features and how they are always on top of updates.
- They have a great customer support team that gets back with you asap
- There is a a lot of features this program does for the value that you pay monthly compared to other programs out there for the auto industry
- there is one main approvement i think they should make and that is a lot of industries uses square and they do offer it for online purchases but should also integrate it for in person also, they are partnered with 360 payment and i think its wrong to charge people per transaction then also charge a monthly fee on top of that
- Square does not charge a monthly fee and it is much easier to use in my opinion

For the price it’s unparalleled!
Overall we are satisfied with the product for the price. I would not pay much more for it before using a service which has better support.
- It’s an inexpensive alternative to the other shop software
- It helps me keep track of our appointments
- It’s difficult to use for me
- It’s hard to elaborate on the things I like least
- However getting to maps from the appts is ridiculous
- Requires to many presses

I don't like that the total profits are easily visible at the bottom of the page for anybody with access to our account can see

Best Repair Software
Overall experience is great. Ari works fantastic with what we do and every app on there is key to make us succeed
- Everything about Ari is great
- Starting with my name also being Ari lol
- Their system is designed specifically for what we need for our mobile mechanic business
- I wish they would have a little but more of like text messages options to let customers know we are on the way
- We are mobile so a text message option to customers to let them know we are on the way would be a beautiful feature
