A huge helping hand with Running my shop!
It has been great. My and my mechanics love the software.
- Their Ability to find the parts that I need to complete my shops jobs
- Showing me my options when buying the parts and always getting me the best prices by far compared to other software i have tried
- I have not run into a issue in the year i have been using AutoRepair Cloud
- Even moving between using their web services and the tablet application has been seemless

I recommend using this application for auto repair shops. It seems as fine as possible.
- My favorite feature in this application is technical documentation: it has different types of tech docs (repair manuals, bulletins, wiring diagrams, etc
- ) for any vehicle
- I also liked that this application provides import data from the Shopware
- Application sometimes a bit stucks
- Payment after repair via PayPal is not provided (available only for pre-payment)

- The app is fast and partially could work in offline mode
- Technical documentation and labor estimates for each vehicle(s) are available
There were difficulties in integrating the ARC app with other softwareб I had to contact tech support for help

A great idea
it was a ok experience, nothing special and didn't wow me in any way.
- I liked the features that it had to offer, has a great concept especially for small business
- but has some great features and love the tracking progress of each job
the number plate and vin look up didn't work very well, it doesn't seem to find AUS vehicles very well so that was a downfall to me

- Good dashboard, where I could easily navigate to main features of the application: list of customers and vehicles, list of quotes and repair orders, etc
- Customers & Vehicles feature is fine: I can enter a wide range of information about my customer, vehicle information could be quickly searched by VIN code or license plate
- Repair Order page looks great too: different repair item items, ability to add labor estimate or maintenance, attach a bookmark to the technical documentation
- Not all part suppliers what I need is present in this application
- And sometimes application a bit stucks

- Repair Timelines page shows the repair process in mu shop up-to-date
- A wide range of emails that could be sent to my clients

- A wide database of clients and their vehicles, ability to view the repairs history of the vehicle via CARFAX

For the most part, the AutoRepair Cloud looks pretty decent

- Clear structure of the repair order, division of repair items into different types (labors, parts, inspections, etc
- ), which greatly simplifies working with it
- I also like the financial reports, where I can see what repair orders were done by the selected time period, their cost and payment method
- It seems that customer support does not cover the entire time period
- I contacted them a few times on weekends, but answer was received only on Monday

I would like to point out the following good features: inventory and auto parts, labor estimates and maintenances, search for vehicles by VIN or license plate number
- Financial reports can be made more configurable
- Also, there is no option to choose which invoices will be synced yo QuickBooks
