I use BigTime for a couple of needs. I enter my hours worked on different projects. It is easy to use the search tool to find projects to add to my time sheet. I can then easily enter hours worked. Also, I have used it to create and run reports to view my hours or the hours for my team.

BigTime is great!
Very successful overall! Takes some time to get integrated into all of the details, but worth it! [sensitive content hidden] and their implementation team was excellent!
- Everything for business management all in one place
- (Time tracking, invoicing, planning, etc)
- It is easy to use for management and team members alike
- Visuals/Graphics for reports is not as interesting as some other options we've used in the past
- BigTime foresights add on has much better UI for the reports/metrics

- This product is easy to track time with
- When features work, the dashboards and reports are helpful for analysis
- It is difficult to use reporting because it breaks frequently
- This seems to have occurred more often over the last several months than earlier in our time using the product
- Customer support acknowledges bugs, but development is slow to correct key features, such as the loss of the ability to export simple reports to Excel
- The product seems to over promise and underdeliver a lot of the time
- We recently upgraded one of the modules based on meetings with the sales team
- Shortly after purchasing, key dashboards suddenly stopped working
- Communication could be improved
- Customer service has acknowledged being aware of a bug before we reported it, but never let us know
- I would value communication regarding the health of the product to help with our planning, rather than the frequent marketing notices

Easy and Fast time entry
It is a huge improvement from what we were using before. It takes me about a quarter of the time it used to take me to enter my time with the previous system.
- It is very easy to use BigTime
- We have been using it for over 3 years at our company and it is much simpler and faster to complete our time entry by project
- I especially like the weekly entry mode that looks like a simple table where I can easily spot a client, enter my time and comments within seconds
- By biggest concern with BigTime is not forgetting to submit it on a regular basis, it's so easy to use that it's always open and I do my entry as I go
- Because of this, I have to remind myself not to submit my time once in a while

Bigtime is working great for our Firm
We just implemented Bigtime on February 1st, 2024. So far our experience has been great. Implementation was smooth and we received good support from our implementation manager, [sensitive content hidden]. Having been live for 6 months we are seeing the benefits and tweaking our setup and reports to get the best out of the product.
- Customization of reports, ease of setting up projects and invoicing
- Getting data out of the system for analysis and firm health is very accessible
- I really wish the Dashboards were more customizable
- At this point they aren't giving us the snapshot we need for our firm

Big time boosts productivity,gets the job done
Big time is a user friendly software while invoicing and tracking of consultants working hours it is very useful rather than manual tracking, i feel like it should get upgrade at few segments like interface,and invoice templates.....etc.
I like most about Big time is Time tracking, billing,budget,expense tracking,integration with other tools

Easy to use with great features
Great to use until now. No complains. I have never had a chance to go for support team too. The downtime never hampers working hours.

Easy and Fast
I found the program very easy to use. I really liked the ability to use dropdowns when entering project information during my time entries.

- I wish I could easily duplicate my time entered from previous weeks or months
