Excellent Billing Software
I have been extremely happy with TimeSolv.
- I really started my own law practice after being a managing department partner in a firm for many years
- At my prior firm we used Clio, and I was satisfied
- However when I started my firm and began using TimeSolv, I was exposed to so many new features and ways to make the customer experience better
- I have had clients tell me much how they like the invoicing process and way they get invoices
- Specifically the expense feature is outstanding
- Where for example when I incur the expense I can import the receipt from the vendor into TimeSolv and then the client gets a copy as part of the invoice
- More importantly the customer service is world class
- I cannot endorse this product highly enough
- I am very happy and strongly recommend
- I really don't have any cons
- If I am unsure about something the customer service is great and will literally get on zoom with me and do a screenshare and just walk me through it

Screen issues while keeping your time.
It has been good until the screen freezes.
- Easy to use and work within while working in other programs
The screen freezes and the wrong timer will be going and you will have to refresh the page to get the page to display correctly

Great Time & Billing Solution
Very Positive, up and running quickly
- I have designed time & billing solutions originnally for my Fathers CPA firm using a Wang computer
- So I am opinioned on what a could package should look like
- This is the modern version which balances simplicity and features
- When I left a National CPA firm I needed a cost effective solution that made sense to me and this was the best of the best
I would like to see a new screen added for new client setup which had all inputs on 1 page or an excel import

Great Product & Great Service
From day one I was able to use this software that is how user friendly it is! The support and staff are wonderful. I work a full time job and can only talk to the support staff after hours if I need something. The rep. we have is so wonderful she is always willing to speak to me after hours if I need anything!
- This software is easy to use, all double click and choose
- Easy to add/create new matters, bills and clients
- I would like to see more fillable fields for your templates
- That is one thing I like about Amicus are the templates and all the choices for fillable fields to create template letters, pleadings and more

Simple but effective billing program
It was fine until we realized there were actual case management platforms
- It served the primary purpose of generating invoices
- It didn't really do anything other than generating invoices

Support Staff was rude, argumentative, and unprofessional
Disappointing, unprofessional, and a complete waste of our time.
- Nothing about this software makes it stand out from its competitors
- The support staff had difficulty handling even a simple training
- We worked with representative, who informed us she reports directly to the CEO
- She was rude, unprofessional, and worse appeared not to understand her own product
- We were testing out the integration into Quickbooks and she couldn't answer the simplest questions
- Worse, after we told her several times we did not want to upload all of our active clients into the system from Quickbooks, she did it anyway
- And the last straw was when she changed an active client into a "test" client to create an invoice- AND ACTUALLY EMAILED THE TEST INVOICE TO OUR CLIENT CONTACT
- She then spent the next 10 minutes trying to argue with my office manager that it was the office manager's fault

"We did not choose it. My advice to others would be to not select this product. There is nothing about this software that you cannot get on a different platform and nothing that would make suffering through the incompetence of the support staff worthwhile."

Not What I Was Hoping For
Worthless waste of time and money. I tried the program, had someone walk me through it. It simply was more time consuming than just writing everything down on paper. If you have a higher education in Computer Science, it might be what you are looking for.

- It is not user friendly and I would not recommend it to anyone who has less than a Master's Degree in Computer Science
- The product is not user friendly
- It did not meet my needs of the small business person

Breezes right into better billing practices!
Very easy to learn and makes billing a breeze!
- The customer service is excellent and they really helped us get started from a program that had no data export capability
- We're so much happier with Timesolv
I wish there was a way to do an overview of a client's total transactions without creating a draft bill

Great program
I had a pretty good experience overall with the TimeSolv program demo. Unfortunately, my only bad experience as the person that left and I wasn't contacted back.
I liked the ease of using the program for timekeeping, invoices and inputting case information into the program
The only thing I disliked about TimeSolv was that I went through a demo with the company and then the person that did the demo then left the company and I was not contacted back regarding
