Finally a CDP without a rival | Excelent.

- Bloomreach is able to do almost everything what we need in our CDP system
- His competitors are very complicated to set up and to operate without knowledge
- We are also able to use Bloomreach throughout company from call centrum to our board management
- As for data collecting/reporting or for better customer care
- There is big advantage that we can also use it for marketing
- Incredible tool and easy to operate
- I would like to know more about specific roadmap
- If I miss something on the platform, I would like to suggest change and be informed if this change would be implemented within roadmap in next app release
- But it is minority according to the fact what could Bloomreach do for us in case of SaaS

Elegant, scalable and user friendly all-in-one Marketing Automation platform
Very competent technical and customer support team. They know what they are talking about beyond what their solution offers. Solution is on the pricy side, but is worth the investment considering the performance and range of use cases covered. Great GDPR compliance
- Speed despite volumes of data ingested
- The solution is very elegant and once you are familiar with the way it works it is very easy to understand what is happening in the background and to visualise the behaviours for specific business scenarios
- That is a one-in-all solution for all Marketing Automation needs
- If we had to select another setup this would mean purchasing different solutions to coer all the use cases of Bloomreach
- Mainly the personalisation and real time use cases are not covered by other CDPs

Salesforce Marketing Cloud lagging behind on some core CDP features and need to purchase different Salesforce products to cover same range of use cases in Bloomreach

Great, better and the worst...
Amazing, complicated and unfortunatelly very often frustrating
- Amazing tool with many different features
- imposible to pick only few
- Lack of real-life tutorials (not just lengthy documentation on your website)
- Missing proper user flow/funnel tools and a simplified way to modify dashboard data by changing just one attribute line, for example, the website URL
- Please note that I am aware of the existing funnel/flow tools, but Google Analytics is still far more superior

- Email Marketing campaigns are easy to set up
- Afterward, it's easy to analyze the results
- To set up Email Marketing flows its also pretty easy - maintaining them too
- To build Reports is still a bit complicated but its improving

Bloomreach has been a great tool in getting us improving our system
I am really enjoying it as a daily user, it makes my job a whole lot easier and I have learned a lot through it.
- I like the ease of use of the asset builder and the email builder
- Scenarios as well are logically laid out and I have throughly enjoyed the course I have taken through Bloomreach Academy
We currently have a data implementation issue, but I am not letting it get in the way of using the tool as much as I possibly can whilst it gets fixed in the background

- We can start from scratch and learn the tool in no time
- The support is very handy on any time
- There are some time zone issue where the timestamp changes to some other values
- Not in all case on few of the cases

Great platform for demanding users
I've been using Bloomreach platform for the last 3 years in a high scale business (retail, 20+ markets) and it proved both on Bloomreach company and platform side to be reliable partner that helps a lot to develop business and drive revenue and customer retention.
(+) platform stability and reliability(+) pretty easy to integrate(+) helpful, fast support(+) powerful scenario handling including omnichannel communication(+) first-party data collection and analytical possibilities(+) ease to work with product recommendations and on-site formats(+) personalization possibilities thanks to jinja language(+) Bloomreach academy(+) AB testing capabilities
- (-) there is not predefined templates for use cases so you have to do all on your own (but it's planned to change very soon with plug & play library)(-) Single Customer View card is very simple, not very informative in terms of customer value summary (i
