BEST YMCA SYSTEM EVER! (Honestly!)
As you can tell from my previous statements, I am a BIG fan. I know this system backwards and forwards. I love it and the entire Daxko team is great at listening and implementing new features when needed.
- Honestly, I love everything but I would say the best part of Operations within the program side
- Running multiple rosters for different sessions within a program make everything so much easier and quicker
- I have worked with Daxko since 2004 with 5 different YMCAs and it has never disappointed me one time
- In my humble opinion, I cant think of one Con about Operations
- If more people would take the time to play around in the Training site and learn to use all of the modules and features, I would be willing to bet my life that no one would be able to come up with any downsides to Operations

Stuck in the middle
Our journey has been a rollercoaster over the years. We would get what I like to call surface functionality which looks to be better but then when you get into the functionality of where the software should be, it's something that needs to be done on the back end by a Daxko Operations "admin" person who most of the time has less experience than those of us who have been using Daxko for years or not on the roadmap. Within the last few years, I have seen enhancements that would have been helpful for us if they had happened earlier. Unfortunately, we need things to move a little faster, so we tend to look for outside software that suits our needs, but that then pulls us further away from it working with our CRM. I like the new partnerships, I just hope the forward momentum continues. It's hard to convince people who don't use/know the software as much as the administrators do that the problem isn't always the software. Once something doesn't do what someone thinks it should, even when there is an enhancement, it's never enough after the initial not so great experience.
Recently, we have seen improvements that seem to be moving the software to a product that is more relevant to today's needs

- Over the years, we hear new functionality is coming but it was more surface development which didn't help our needs for what technology should do in today's market

Does what it needs to do
I have not had an overall great experience. We are a smaller organization and many of the services they offer are add-ons and too expensive. The end user experience to start is very hard to navigate.
- Daxko at it's simplest form does what it needs to do
- Logging in after the first time is an easy experience
- They offer several custom reports, and if the report does not exist they will do their best to create what you are looking for
- Daxko is very expensive even with it's tiered systems
- It offers many different services from texting to P2P donor platforms, but those are all at extra cost and they are very pricey
- Up until mid 2025 the mobil experience using Google Chrome was impossible, you could not use the search function unless your phone was in landscape

DAXKO Operations is worth it!
I have used DAXKO Operations on and off for over 10 years. I highly recommend utilizing this software for your company. It has so many features and is easily usable. The reports that you can run within the system, are super helpful and let you "drill down" into someone's account and get answers for customers. Invest in it; it's worth it!
- DAXKO Operations has lots to offer a business: Ability for great customer support- reports, transaction history, event log, etc
- Features within the system are helpful and gives proof to customers
- Ease of use is probably the best Pro
- Overall, DAXKO Operations, is a really good program
- The only things I would say is that sometimes the reports, that can be ran within the system, are very lengthy and have too much information
- I always have to export and then delete lots of items I do not need

Navigating through this site and the program set up process is much easier than previous software
The ease of being able to pull reports with adjusting data and exporting to excel files
That would most likely be dependant on my user settings and my access to all options in Daxko

Great Program
Excellent program , can see history of members - helps with keep us engage with our members
Help with communication as we cxan see notes that were left and know how to handle any issues
As long as its used properly there is no issues other than when maintenance is being done

My Daxko Operations Experience
Overall, Daxko Operations has been a easy to use, provides the ability to create and manage a variety of programs as well as our memberships, tracking and reporting.
I like the large variety of functions, program creation and management that can be done from one product, as well as the ability to easily use the product features
I dislike the system glitches that are encountered during the use of this product and the limitations of customized reporting features

Daxko has impressed me!
I am brand new to the non-profit sector and to this role. I've used similar operating systems for managing a large volume of profiles/accounts and I have to say Daxko has impressed me. I've learned a lot already in my first few weeks. There is ample security for both staff and customer, payment processing is clean and simple, it provides a way for staff to easily manage profiles and accounts and promote more engagement from our community and prompt follow ups for necessary member retention. I have not experienced a need for customer support, which by itself means the system is operating as expected.
- Daxko is very integrative and efficient
- The system is perfectly suited for a membership based operation
- I've been very impressed with the ease of use and system interface
- I have not encountered anything in the system so far that I have not found satisfactory
- The few pieces of frustration have been about my particular permissions from my administrator, not from the system itself

overall good system/product
a good one. have used the system for many years in multiple capacities with regards to membership and membership services
- ease of use of the overall system
- fairly easy to navigate
- archive history is good and easy to use as well
some data from other systems does not always transfer over and this can create a problem when making sure data is current
