Discord Review
It is an application that I use both in my business and private life. I can easily communicate with my employees and friends and get my work done.
- It is very useful, simple and has rich content
There is nothing I don't like in the Discord application, frankly I am very satisfied
Switched From
Because the Skype application is too slow and behind the times

Great Platform for Communication!
My overall experience is great! In my day to day experience the free version is perfect for what I need to do. I've had nothing but great experiences with Discord, especially with the integrations.
- Discord is great
- You are able to maintain high quality voice and video calls even if there are multiple people within the call
- Another huge plus is that it is free to use
- Discord also provides multiple integrations such as Spotify, Youtube, Twitch and more
- There aren't many cons that come with discord, besides that it does consume a good amount of memory as it is a resource heavy application
- You do have a limited file size that you can send with the free version of Discord, however you do have the option to pay for Nitro to have more functionality such as, better screen sharing quality, bigger file size, higher character amount in messages, and more

When I was initially using Skype, it felt very slow along with a not so great looking UI. Discord provided a great fresh look, with a multitude of more features!

Discord Review
Overall it's still a program that I use every day, however that is more due to the lack of real competitors than loyalty. It used to be a program I loved, but it feels like every year it gets worse.
- Discord is widely used so most clients and collaborators I need to speak with already have accounts
- It has all the basic functions I need for communication - direct messaging, calls, group messaging, file sending, and a great server system
- The program has so many issues and glitches, in particular the mobile version
- The devs regularly make updates to the program that don't make much sense, while neglecting real issues
- The addition of an integrated AI that cannot be removed or opted out of also makes it very frustrating to use as an artist
Switched From
Skype had long since fallen out of popular use, and didn't have a lot of features that Discord did.

it's great, and I love it a lot
It's easy to use and navigate, and I enjoy being able to collaborate with others and make new friends and connect with other people.
I like how I can talk to people and be apart of communities and have fun and connect with other people and just have a lot learn new things and collaborate with others
I don't like how short the character limit is for my description/bio I wish it could be longer, so I can make it prettier, I also wish I could customize my profile without having to buy nitro

Discord - the gaming buddy
I am really liking discord, the activity feature is amazing, I like watching content with my homies.
Community building can be done easily over here, one can fortify it with automated boats, which make it more easier to moniter the server
Well there is nothing which don't like about discord, but yeah if I am on voice chat in discord and someone calls if I i answer then after the call, we have to disconnect from the voice and join again

As it wasn't techy enough, every gamer is here on discord

Discord is the best platform to communicate in team
My overall experience with Discord has been great it's reliable, easy to use, and perfect for staying connected with friends, communities, or teams. Whether chatting, sharing files, or hopping into a quick call, it all just works smoothly.
- Discord makes it super easy to stay connected with friends and communities through seamless voice, video, and text
- I love the organized server setup and how smooth everything runs across devices
- Sometimes the amount of notifications can get overwhelming, especially in busy servers
- It also takes a bit of time to learn all the features if you're new to it
Switched From
It is also a good platform, but my team is short that's why I choose discord over slack.

Discord: A Game-Changer for Teamwork and Community Building
My overall experience with Discord has been positive. It’s an intuitive platform that makes communication easy for casual chats or professional collaboration.
- Discord's real-time collaboration and seamless communication tools make team coordination easy
- The ability to create channels and integrate bots enhances workflow and productivity
- Sometimes the notifications can be overwhelming, especially on busy servers
- It can also be tricky to manage settings across different channels
Switched From
It's not working properly. At Cognizant we are a big team to communicate, so it's lagging too much.

Educational/Work Experience
Easy to set up, use and communicate with colleagues. Exceptional interface for both school and business
- I love the organized setup and multiple channels for organizing different topics and groups
- Highly functioning application
I would love the aesthetic component to be more colorful, but as far as functionality; I have nothing to complain about

This was a better price for my purposes, and easy switch

Awesome too when mastered
An excellent tool, very powerful which helps to do a lot when doing work with a team but however it can be overhwhelming
- IT's a nice way to do voice chat with people
- You have good integration with third party bot which is nice
- There are too many thing, it might be very hard to master when you first try to operate a server
- An unboarding could be done to help make it better
Switched From
The free plan on slack was having way too many limits

Excellent Communication Platform for Gamers and Teenagers
It would be great if the free version allowed more than 2,000 words and supported larger video and image sharing sizes.
- Discord is simple to use
- It is straightforward and was the first resource teenage students turned to during the pandemic to join study groups and preferred it to Zoom
- In addition to being the go to application for gamers
The free version does not allow for more than 2000 words and the video and image size allowed to share is small
Switched From
Discord is more organized and allows for more support to gamers than WhatsApp.
