It is a great way to remind me to get things done!
As a former and current teacher it has helped me keep updated on everything I must do especially before the new year comes along.
- It keeps me up to date on important appointments or meetings
- It reminds me of when I have events as well with family or friends
- Maybe the way it doesn’t have cute designs to add to my calendar or planner
- It would make it better with cute designs

Free version is simple with a lot of ads
Overall, my experience with doodle was positive, it was better than emailing out dates to a group of people and hoping to get a written response; they just needed to click what worked for them.
What I liked most about doodle was that is simple to use to create a group poll, but many other features are paid
Many features are paid and there are many ads on the screen, which can make it a little bit difficult to create and read invitations

It was difficult to try to receive an email response from each participant, then tally up the popular dates. Doodle allows me to quickly see who has responded and when they are available.

amazing scheduling help
This is a great free scheduler. I will be using it again soon for our upcoming staff meeting. Enjoy it.

Started great, now very limited
I liked Doodle a lot in the past, but given the constraints of the current version, I likely will not be using it anymore.
- I liked that the interface was rather intuitive for participants
I did not like that it took a very long time to input some rather basic decision criteria, and that the number of options was limited for the free version at a relatively low value

Excellent free tier to get started, brilliant for group polls
While we didn't use it for professional / client-facing work, it was brilliant for helping us get organised when organising casual social events.
- When we used Doodle in corporate environments, we found it so easy to use for group polls and eliminated a lot of to-and-froing

Doodle is a great platform that has served me tremendously in my work as a senior director admin assistant. It's allowed me to organize my manager's schedule easily and saved me a ton of time to focus on other important tasks throughout the day.

The colour scheme used to highlight availability on the calendar needs improvement as it is difficult to see which of the days have available time slots

Meeting Planning made Easy
We use Doodle most often to find dates for our board meetings. Works well!
Doodle is a super handy product for getting a bunch of people to decide on a single date
Some of our (much older) board members struggle with it - but that's probably more a reflection on them than the app

Doodle Scheduling Benefits
I have used Doodle when scheduling meetings with both teachers and students. The users always seem to understand how it works and it helps to find convenient times to meet when everyone is available.
- I like the quick set up and convenient options that Doodle offers
- I also like that users do not have to sign into vote
- Doodle is no frills, so there is not much to customize
- Perhaps they could add themes or other choices to add to the polls
