Great Calendar
Same. which is good. It is easy to share the link with clients and on my website. I really like all the new options for small business owners.
- I really like the options, although I don't use them all
- I do refer several clients to Goldie as it is a great calendar, but I very much dislike the name and color
- The Color
- Yellow breaths anxiety, which is not a good color
- I also hate the name, it is not as professional as it could be
- Goldie sounds like a strippers name

Changed my business and took the stress away
Loving Goldie! It’s honestly changed my business. The switch from Fresha was so smooth, and the Goldie team have been amazing — they reply so quickly whenever I need help. I feel so much more organised now, and it’s taken so much stress and pressure off my business. As a mum with young children, this has given me more time with them too! I love how it prompts me to take deposits and reminds me about appointments — it just makes everything easier.
What I love most about Goldie is that you can take deposits directly through the app, and if you ever need to change appointment times, you can message customers on WhatsApp right from there
- When you go to send out the deposit, it automatically selects text message
- I’d prefer it to default to WhatsApp instead, as most of my customers use that more often
- That’s just a personal preference though — I’ll ask Goldie if this can be changed

Absolutely loving it! Best one by far
I’m really enjoying it has everything I’ve been looking for in a booking system for such an amazing price which is why I choose them, I hope the remain competitive with this as most sites are just unaffordable now. I also love you get your own website
I love that people can book online but I’m able to choose where I send the link so it isn’t Available to everyone if I don’t want it to be, but also that I can approve appointments
The only thing I would change is that the appointments can be turned a certain colour in the Calendar once they have been completed, as they show a green icon but it would be good if you had the choice for the whole appointment to show green in the Calander

Because I couldn’t have an online booking option without being advertised on a market place, which I didn’t want. Also I didn’t want to take on any new clients and you weren’t able to accept or reject appointments they were just able to automatically book.

- I found it really easy to move over my existing clients and appointments, it was a very quick and easy process and I was set up and ready to go in no time
- This was really important to me so I was impressed with how it was handled
- I find it really good value for money and is considerably cheaper than the software I was using previously
- My favourite thing is the booking page having a gallery and review area, they've really helped me stand out
- Overall it's very easy to use and schedule appointments and my clients seem to have no problems
- The only things I wish were better is the reports available
- I like to be able to break up my stats into different areas i
- e how much I took on card Vs cash and how long it takes payments to come to you once received from a client
- For that reason I use a different company for payments

Best Move Ever!
It was definitely a learning curve moving from another booking system to Goldie but I can confidently say I’m very impressed with it.
- The built in card payments is fantastic
- The switch over process was quick and easy too
- The customer service is impressive, any email I’ve sent was replied too so quickly with all my questions answers and any issues fixed
- I would like to have an invoice available that consolidates the months payments received and card fees paid, this was available with my last booking system
- I do think that finding and navigating certain things in settings can be difficult, such as changing certain work days to add holidays

I like it!
Overall experience has been great & I’d recommend this to everyone needing a booking site. The price is also another factor into why I chose Goldie. Great pricing for value.
- The payment processing is very simple, easy user interface for both client & business owner
- I like that it adds options for consent forms as well
The calendar sync doesn’t always work & has resulted in me being double booked twice, but I think I may have figured that out on the backend

Upgraded to Pro and really worth it!
I started with the free version and ran out messages. This option was great otherwise but as I use the software to communicate with clients I needed this feature.
- Easy scheduling and appointment management for clients that struggle with online booking
- Colour coded services menu which is great for more visual people
- I was unable to remove the payment option from messages to clients
- Clients are confused saying they don’t whether to pay online or not

Overall recommend over other booking apps
So far I do enjoy using it. It's been easy. I've used square which I liked but was not as aesthetic as Goldie.
- I like how easy it to use vs other platforms I've used
- Everything is easy to change
- I also like how fast I can communicate with customer service
- I don't like how long it takes to go into my bank account
- I think it should give you an option of transferring it faster

it is great for individuals bookings
I think it's okay for a personal trainer and Pilates instructor to use with clients.I wish they also had the other option I mentioned.
