About ManageEngine Endpoint Central MSP

Endpoint Central MSP is an on-premise desktop and mobile device management (MDM) solution designed for managed service providers (MSPs) across various industries such as security, infrastructure, information technology and more. Key features include patch management, asset management, power management, pre-defined configurations and remote control. Desktop Central MSP helps users to define system health policies and automate the deployment routines of patches to applications of their clients. The solution also features a mobile device management module that enables users to configure and manage their clients’ mobile devices and IT assets from a central location. Additionally, Desktop Central MSP offers users power management and USB device management capabilities that allow them to apply power schemes to different devices and control the usage of USB devices in the network. Services are offered on an annual subscription basis that includes support via phone, product videos and an online knowledge base.

ManageEngine support is always on point and easy to reach. They handle every query professionally and ensure it’s resolved in a timely manner.

ManageEngine does an excellent job of grabbing detailed information from endpoints from maintenance to capturing every single detail efficiently

Room for improvement

ManageEngine Endpoint Central MSP is a great tool, but I recommend using the cloud-hosted version instead of the on-premises setup for better scalability, easier management, and reduced maintenance overhead

The main issue i feel is the machine sometimes is shown offline even though it is online and we need to restart the machine to enable it

Great MSP Tool!

Reliable for managing multiple clients' devices with good support; a few usability improvements would make it excellent. Great amount of features for a price.

My experience with ManageEngine Endpoint Central MSP

Love the support and that I can always get dedicated service whenever I need it. From actual people, thats the most important part.

What they liked
  • The central hub of management is the best part
  • I dont have to jump around to various different servers and software pieces to achieve what I can achieve in one place
  • Love the dashboards and simplicity of being able to visually see what I'm looking for without having to investigate every time
Room for improvement
  • The cloud version has its benefits but not sure if they out weigh the benefits of the on-prem solution
  • Seems like the cloud version doesn't offer as much

Perfect for Client Management and extensive management options

Very good support, if problems should pop up. Overall great experience
