  • Bulk Add/Remove Capabilities With over a hundred Paul Mitchell Schools across the nation, the ability to bulk add or remove services and products would be a tremendous efficiency gain
  • Currently, when a school adds or removes programs, adjustments must be made manually — one item at a time
  • Because each program has a large number of services and product links, this process can be extremely time-consuming
  • A bulk editing function would save valuable time and reduce the margin for human error

  • Rebooking Metrics for Educators At the moment, rebooking data is tied exclusively to students, which limits our ability to accurately measure performance and set goals for our Teachers
  • Since students are here to learn and not to meet business metrics, we’d love the ability to track and calculate rebooking percentages for the Teachers themselves
  • This enhancement would allow schools to recognize, coach, and celebrate educator contributions more effectively — something we believe would be a powerful addition to the Meevo reporting suite

  • Now all of a sudden they are still trying to charge us in April saying we did not give them a 30 day notice when the notice was given in February
  • It’s impossible to speak to someone in higher management, they literally gatekeep you from speaking to anyone
  • Let’s not even begin talking about how much their software sucks
  • You literally have to take a class to understand their reporting

Meevo Spoils our Spa Team

One of our 7 resorts has used three Spa Solutions. Meevo has improved workflow, enhanced the guest experience, and continues to work with us to develop enhancements and interfaces. We truly value the relationship.

While we strive to deliver a WOW factor for every guest encounter, Meevo has delivered the ability to spoil spa staff with its ease of use and demonstrated functionality that enhances the customer's spa experience while delighting spa staff

Room for improvement

The proprietary wireless EMV card readers would not stay connected and held up the payment processing affecting the overall guest experience

The interfaces to gaming, room charging, and gift card processing failed even after enhancements were delivered.

Meevo is Amazing

It's great! I love the customer service and support team. We've worked with Meevo for approximately 5 years now and couldn't be happier.

  • When we do have a question the support team is always very helpful and kind
  • Appointments are a breeze to schedule and follow through with past visits, and the client data base is very useful and holds a lot of information to refer back to when needed

Great salon software

I have had a good overall experience with Meevo. Not many issues to report. Just had one with Meevo pay deposits getting mixed up but it was fixed promptly.

What they liked
  • The thing I like most about Meevo is the customer service support and my business success coach
  • Also, they have a lot of options from marketing, Tippy and Vish
  • They are always adding something

  • It was complicated to get set up and used to using it
  • Now that I have used it a year and can find everything I need I like it a lot better

BEST FOR BOOKING, A MUST HAVE FOR EVERY SALON

My overall experience has been amazing, so much in fact that I still use it today to keep my business flowing smooth and efficiently.

Meevo review

The program is amazing now that it is set up. Booking and managing a client is easy. The reports are very thorough. Their customer support is out of this world helpful and friendly.

  • I call in at least once a week to get their help and they are always friendly and so helpful
  • Doing payroll with Quickbooks has been a breeze with the reports from Meevo

  • The initial set up was very frustrating
  • It took way too long to set up and get going and the different departments seem to not talk to one another
  • They also did not seem to want to give you the time needed for adjustment between what you were using for business and where Meevo was taking you
  • It was a very unpleasant transformation
  • It felt like we were getting the run-around and all they wanted was our money
  • However, now that we are through the setup process, we love the Meevo experience

Seamless Setup, Constant Improvements, and Built with Users in Mind!

My experience with this platform has been amazing from start to finish. Setting everything up was super smooth and easy, and since going live, everything has continued to run without a hitch. The company really listens to its customers, constantly rolling out updates and improvements that directly address our needs. Any features I’ve requested are either already in the works or being seriously considered, which shows how much they value user feedback. One thing I love about this platform is its versatility. I run two different beauty businesses, and I can manage both effortlessly on the same system. It's flexible enough to handle any type of business, which makes it a great option for anyone in the industry. I honestly can’t think of any downsides. Any small improvements I’ve suggested are either already in development or being worked on, so nothing stands out as a major issue. The support team—whether it’s my CSM, tech support, or even the awesome Facebook group—has been fantastic. This software has exceeded my expectations in every way. It’s been the perfect EMR solution for my businesses, and I’m excited to keep using it and see how it grows with all the updates they’ve got planned!

While Meevo and Mangomint offer similar features and have exciting updates in the pipeline, I ultimately went with Meevo because it fits my budget as a new business and solo owner. I do appreciate Mangomint's cleaner design and a few extra features I wish Meevo had, but at over $400 per month, it simply wasn’t feasible for me right now. Meevo gives me everything I need at a price I can manage without compromising the essential tools to run my business effectively."
