A fun, eye-catching collaborative tool.
I have used Miro for my apprenticeship classroom weeks as well as when working with designers for our new website at work. It is really easy to share collaboratively in whatever format works best for you and I enjoyed the interactive methods, it made things a lot more fun during otherwise dull discussions and is great to come back to or export.
- It's really easy to share ideas in real time and collaborate as a team to be able to come back to
- It works really well in a learning setting, I used it a lot for my apprenticeship
- It's so easy to drag in images or add a post-it
- I almost feel like there are too many features or it can be confusing knowing where to start with a board or picking the best feature
- Not necessarily a con

Miro is Great for Tech Savvy Teams
Higher Education
- You can create beautiful visual displays and share them with a team to plan and brainstorm
- We have one board with multiple years of department planning on it
- It makes updating and moving stickies from one year to another a breeze
- It has a high learning curve
- For those I work with who are looking at a teaching tool, Miro requires them and their students to learn a new tool apart from Canvas which can be overwhelming

Miro - useful, but not for me
Good at what it does, but I found the use case of the product limited and didn't need to use it often. It's best suited for those that need visual representations of projects, which I didn't as much as I thought
Viewing a Miro board is nice to look at - it is a good way to organise a project, especially a technical one that requires a flowchart
I found the use case of the product rather simplistic, there was simply not enough use case for me to want to make flowcharts that I could not make elsewhere or view in a different way

Miro & miroverse
my overall experience is very positive, i use it in most of my workshops. and my teams are very happy with the way we use it. If you're looking to help your creativity, collaborate and have fun while getting things done, this is a great tool.
- i like how it adapts to the current contexts (working from home, distributed teams
- It is a very useful tool for brainstorming, collaborating and very easy to use
- You can use it for management
- It's a tool that is adaptable to different industries (eg, iT, Health, etc)
- My company pays mi license and it has a great ROI
- And if you want to go deeper into understanding miro , they have available workshops and courses for FREE
- And you can become a creator (miroverse), so there are different layers where miro helps
- If you have an endless board it might take a bit to load but nothing major
- I am talking of a real big board

Unless your inner artist
Easy to navigate, easy to create, colorful and visually pleasing charts to guide teams/customers through a sometimes convoluted process in a way that makes sense.
- A great means to create representations for processes
- I don't really have a con thus far
- I'm in love 3 years deep

Draw.io felt rigid, visually boring, I wanted something easier to work with. Ultimately MIRO really captures and gives life to project visuals such as Workflows I needed to build for customers, it made it alot easier for them to understand.

Replaces brown paper exercises for brand planning in a virtual environment
It offers a unique experience for planning large complex processes. An endless boundary-less sheet of virtual paper to plan upon. Relatively straight forward to use for beginners.
- The endless canvass for planning purposes
- Accessibility for multiple people to work on a plan at the same time in real time
The switching between the pointer and the hand to move the canvass around is slow, along with the sliders being very small to move the canvass
Switched From
You cant see everything on 1 page, which makes navigation tricky.

A collaborative tool
Verified reviewer
- its collaborative and easy to use once people get the hang of it
- The projects and the data are not lost even after the project is over
- Initially it takes time to get used to it
- It seems its plug and play but the nuances like locking and editing are tricky
Why they chose it
"Its easier and people are used to it and we have built a big knowledge base,"

Miro enchances teamwork with seamless integrations
We has been satisfied with Miro so far overall. Its great tool for collaboration and creativity. mainly used to draw AWS Cloud architecture diagrams to visualize and future plan of architecture. Their aws icons make it super easy.
- What I like about Miro is how flexible and easy to use
- The digital whiteboard is super intuitive, which makes brainstorming and organizing ideas a breeze
- There are tons of templates for things like mind maps and flowcharts, so you don't have to start from scratch
nothing much of dislike or inconvenience about Miro but little think i can mention is that its UI or like features can be overwhelming at first because of many features and options

Miro Miro on the wall
I used this application for a graduate course. Our group utilized this platform as a white board for brainstorming, large scale collaborations, and organization. Overall it was easy to use but difficult when it came to selecting data and moving it to another space like canva or excel. I cannot speak to the cost because it was included in of costs for our course at SCAD.
- My favorite thing about Miro was the scalability that was included in a space
- It really allowed for brainstorming to be mapped around a specific point without having the raw thought or concept lost in a bulleted format
- I also liked I could see real time my classmates working and track any changes that were made
- The difficulty in copying information that was pasted from other group members
- We needed it to see some work in this space but we couldn’t manipulate it the way we could in other applications
