Using omnisend
My experience with omnisend is good. I’m able to reach and interact with my audience while also getting the data I need to continue to improve my content.
Well what I like the most is Email templates are nice and customizable and the ability to do sms messaging is helpful
- I don’t have any new dislikes at the moment
- My only issue is having to still pay for sms even if you already pay for a subscription

A Winning Combination: Great Product & Service
Great! It is a great product, all-star customer service and user-focused. Love it!
- Omnisend is an uncomplicated email marketing tool
- I've used other softwares before and Omnisend stands out in user-friendliness
- Also, their customer service is outstanding, their team is very responsive, which is something that big companies won't give you: a real human on the other side supporting your journey
- I hope they don't change that
- They are focused on e-commerce platforms, heavily on Shopify
- You can work with other systems, but there is more technical work to do on your end if you want to connect it to other platforms

User-friendliness. Also MailChimp started to charge for every single feature a-la-cart. Since they were acquired the value of service went down.

Omnisend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I have been with omnisend for years now. It’s a great service and even prefer it over the more popular Klayiyo because they are more cost effective overall.
- The ability to create emails through their builder
- They have improved the interface dramatically over the years
- Which I can really appreciate as a creative
- I don’t really agree with the pricing structure for omnisend messaging
- They are months that are slower in the year but there isn’t a way to freeze or go down in price for months that are not as busy
- The price of $20+ for the lowest tier for sms messaging is not reasonable

Too buggy, but keeps costs down
Overall, I regret choosing Omnisend instead of Klaviyo. It was close, Klaviyo was a bit more expensive but I liked the support option of Omnisend. In the end, I regretted it and after a year we are switching
- I liked chat was quickly available
- It has a lot of features, except reporting they make you pay for proper reporting
- Very buggy -> Doesn't use best practices
- For example a long time, when we made a copy of live to staging site (which we have to do regularly for WooCommerce) they would override our URL in our email to our staging site and start sending that out
- They claimed to fix it, made me jump through all these hoops to reconnect, and it still broke
- So they don't even know how their product works
- You need the 24/7 chat support because there are bugs after bugs
- And they demand you keep everything in one long thread so it is very hard to find issues if you need to refer back to them

MailerLite just broke down too much, once our emails were being marked as spam we moved on.
Why they chose it
"A bit cheaper and better support. But now I regret it and we are switching to Klaviyo"

Great email platform
Overall I love using the platform as it's so easy and intuitive. We've had some great results since using it.
- Ease of use and how easy it is to create beautiful looking mailers
- I like how you're building the web and mobile version together, so there's no margin in error
- I also love how easy it is to boost emails
I feel the templates could be better overall as well as the analytics and reporting depth which could be more advanced

Unbeatable Value For Money - Powerful and Easy-to-Use
Overall positive both from a price-performance perspective (ROI) and also a customer support perspective. Always found someone to help me out in a less than 10 minutes when I needed help with something on their platform.
- It is the perfect Email marketing tool for small and medium-sized businesses and it can be quite scalable as well
- Easy to use and draw reports from and also it is quite affordable in comparison to their competition considering what you get with your monthly subscription (Email + SMS + Push)
- Furthermore, it is quite powerful with the automation flows and segmentation options we currently have available
- Some integrations to a few 3rd party apps are missing, so make sure that your tech stack integrates natively before committing
- For the majority of the apps we have used it has not been a problem to be honest
- Also, it is not as "sand-boxy" as Klaviyo, which is usually the case for the more complex automation flows we occasionally needed to create in the past (but covered without any hassle the 95-98% of the other automation needs we had)
- Also not as "sand-boxy" when it comes to their pre-created blocks (coupon code block, product recommendations) which means that you cannot adjust them in a drastic way, which is again a fringe case we have found ourselves in rarely (again 95-98% of the cases are covered just fine with the current setup)

"Better price-performance and ease-of-use vs both of the other options. More powerful and better-suited for e-commerce vs Mailchimp."

Love it BUT...
The support team was what kept me going. I needed a lot of help understanding the structure and how to make it work for me. To be fair I migrated my lists from another program that they dont support so it was a BIG process over an entire week. Now that I have it running I'm accustomed to it. I have yet to realize any sales with my campaigns so I may have to leave it as the fees are too high for small businesses.

- That is the one most important and best part of Omnisend
- Processes are not intuitive
- Until you are into the set up and programing for a while it is not easy to navigate unless you have a tech degree
- Learning the program takes some time
- It isn't a fast and easy set up
- There are no explanations of some of the settings and options that are easy to find or complete

Great Service and Support
Onnisend has been an excellent choice for us, pricing is competitive and support has been excellent, would highly recommend. The included SMS credits are welcome and perform very well for us.

Highly recommend for small businesses and beyond
It's been a really great experience, we've worked with them since August and have had hands on help consistently. It's allowed us to implement more and optimize our email and SMS.
The ease of use and the dedicated strategy team member that help guide me and helps me execute new exciting ideas
