Outstanding Job- Would Highly recommend OwnerRez
From the time I booked our first meeting, timeframe was established and everything was ontime and on budget.
They were outstanding to work with, they set expectations on timelines and mett them,
Really not much- at all- if anything it was you needed to scheduled a call but overall that was the best way to meet and discuss issues & concerns

In 2022, we moved to another property management system. But we were forced to move back to OwnerRez three months later because we needed an API for a more modern, updated website. OwnerRez is a better technology stack, and we don't plan to leave again. In fact, we've now migrated our website to OwnerRez as well.

OwnerRez is Amazing!
It has been a fantastic experience! I love everything that you can do with this system - down to the smallest detail! I appreciate the hand holding while users are getting up to speed on each specific area throughout the site. Its a genius tool and its worth every penny!

I wish there was a phone app for this site - I do feel like I need to lean on the Airbnb/VRBO notifications in order to stay up on the guest communications - I don't want to miss anything so until I can make sure it's all covered then I cannot full let go of the other platforms

ProConnect with OwnerRez is Wonderful

Good PMS system, terrible integration for marketing and direct bookings, no lodge/B&B support
Customer service is poor, it takes days to get replies to issues we have. Otherwise the software is reliable. Our bookings have been on the decline because of the state of the vacation rental industry, and OR isn't adapting to the changing landscape so we're unfortunately moving on to vendors that have more modern direct marketing and guest journey features. I find it ironic that OR is arguing in their support that integration with metasearch is a waste of time when we have ample evidence to the contrary.
- Overall we've been very happy with OwnerRez when it comes to the channel manager and the PMS system itself but only for vacation rentals
- It's definitely a good PMS system
- The rates and rules are easy to configure and well thought out
- The channel management is pretty good as well
- From a control perspective it's really a good channel management tool
- My low review score comes from the fact that when it comes to marketing and direct bookings, OwnerRez pretty much fails
- If you don't mind the majority of your business coming from the three main channels, then stick with OR
- But if you have a multi-unit property, OR doesn't provide what you need
- When we dug deeper we discovered that OR has two drastic gaps: one is no support for Google Hotels or Hotel Metasearch in general
- Yes they support Google Vacation Rentals but that is not the same as hotels
- The second major gap is the terrible integration support for external websites
- The WordPress plugin is severely limited in what it can do so the only way to get a good web presence is to work with a third party vendor that took the time to build deeper integration hooks
- CRM support is also poor
- For example there's no way to let the guests automatically update their email address
- We have to copy and paste it manually

Ownerrez gives me valuable time back!

- There may be too many options - it can get confusing, but customer service is very responsive
