Still learning new tricks!
The experience remains incredibly user friendly which is truly the best part about the platform. Not all clients are very tech savvy and sometimes, neither am I! The ease of the different functionalities, especially the new use of TripleSeat direct has proven to be a truly fantastic feature!
- I actually think it possible, I like it even MORE now
- As a company we have started using the TripleSeat direct feature for delivery options and it too remains SO user friendly for both back end internal use and client facing UX
The only challenge is that with Tripleseat direct, it only allows you to add additional items (like rentals, or unique aks) as "Special Requests" and I worry about the kitchen missing those items

Happy with overall experience and customer support when i need troubleshooting help.
- User friendly, easy to understand, does most of the basic CRM things I need
- Inability to integrate to docusign but not a dealbreaker

Tripleseat: useful and centralized, room for improvements in communications
I use tripleseat as a venue provider, and organize small scale corporate and social events. most of my coordination goes through tripleseat, especially the discussions and tasks features. It has been immensely helpful to have all the necessary features for tracking available in one place, and to allow clients to have consistent access to their files and tasks. certain features arent relevant to me as a venue provider, and more oriented towards other service industries, but those features generally dont interfere in my daily operations.
- I like how simplified and streamlined the features are
- Any room for customization and flexibility is accessible in another section of Tripleseat instead of overwhelming every feature
The discussion system is occasionally unreliable-- not sending emails to inboxes, changing formatting of emails, or clients not seeing attatched documents

CRM I have dreamed about
Phenomenal, fantastic tool to really help people develop and grow business and clear tasks to be better salespeople
Fantastic for prospecting and client management, really helping me developing business with key contacts but also to save new leads
If I have to say, just that everything i need to click, nothing is automated for example payments when a client paid, needs to be changed automatically

Our overall experience with Tripleseat has been overwhelmingly positive. It has helped us grow our event business by keeping us organized and streamlining communication and document creation.
- The number one feature of Tripleseat is the ability to see all of our events and their progress in status in a calendar
- It is useful not only to keep track of what’s coming up, but also to spot trends
- Though improvements have recently been made to the ‘Discussions’ feature, many potential clients report our initial emails are flagged as spam
- This is frustrating for the client and the business
- If the client has to reach out to us via other means it is difficult to get them to keep their communications within the platform

Overall I enjoy using it. It was easy to learn and to teach others how to use.

- Cannot connect with other programs like Tessitura which is our accounting system

Amazing platform
It makes quoting, customer communication, BEOs, invoicing and taking payments so easy! I’d recommend to all planners at a venue.
- So easy to use
- They have thought of everything and then some
- Everything I need is all in one place
- Sometimes emails can end up in a clients spam folder, if their company has a firewall
- Other than that, nothing

The BEST venue managent platform
The system is great. The team behind them in the UK and support is fantastic. Easy to use. Looks good. Great reporting.
- The ease of use is 100% the reason i have Triplseat
- Having a sysrem that is quick to respond to my guests, that can be personalised and keeps all the data in one place has only increased my sales
- Its a sysrem that keeps me ahead of the competition
- My team love it too
- I would like to be able to add more event status in that suits my business
- But its a minor bug bear

Overall a great product for catering services
My experience with Tripleseat was great it was super easy and helpful for our catering team to use and work together.
Tripleseat allows ease of managing a calendar, events, invoicing clients and building a menu throughout the system
Sometimes it was slow, but that was primarily based on when they were doing updates onto the system but overall I had no issues
