FieldCircle is a field service management solution that helps businesses streamline processes related to order management, inventory tracking, leads monitoring, and more on a centralized platform. Designed for businesses in manufacturing, HVAC, construction, oil and gas, and more, it enables staff members to validate claims, track reimbursements, and monitor expenses. FieldCircle's customer management module allows team members to create client profiles with information, such as name, address, contact details, related tasks, and more. It lets field employees can utilize the built-in maps to plan routes and manage territories based on territory name, code, and distributors. Additionally, supervisors can track employee locations, monitor call activity, manage timesheets, and track employee performance from within a unified platform. FieldCircle comes with an application programming interface (API), which lets businesses integrate the platform with several third-party solutions.
